I, Martina Hochlahner & family, are the landlords of the Troadkasten Hollnhof, which was built in 1842 and adapted into a holiday apartment integrated into agriculture. The farm is a hereditary farm or an active farm with year-round management and has been family-owned for decades. Guests are welcome to immerse themselves in the farm world. We offer peace and relaxation as well as a fantastic view of the mountains.

The apartment has its own entrance and can be reached via an external staircase directly from the parking lot. Large windows allow a great view of the surrounding mountains. Our cottage is only a little away from the nearest traffic routes (road, train) and yet in the middle of nature at the foot of the mighty Grimming. It is only about 30 km to Schladming or Ausseerland. There are countless opportunities for sports enthusiasts, nature lovers or just those who want to unwind! Looking forward to seeing you soon! You will stay with us on the second floor of our house. You have the same entrance as us, but each apartment then has a lockable apartment door. The apartment (103 m²) is fully furnished and has a beautiful covered balcony. In the apartment, there are 2 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and toilet. There are also 2 to 3 parking spaces right next to the house.
