Von der Terrasse aus gibt einen schönen Blick auf die Berglandschaft. Die Ferienwohnung wurde zum September 2019 neu ausgestattet und verfügt über TV und Wlan. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich in der Nähe. Von hier aus können Sie schöne Ausflüge in das gesamte Oberland unternehmen. Die kleine Küche lädt zum gemütlichen Frühstück und mehr ein.

Unsere 2-Zimmer-Wohnung inkl. Sonnenterrasse wartet mit viel Liebe zum Detail und einer modernen Ausstattung auf Gäste, die ihren Urlaub in Garmisch verbringen wollen. Die Auszieh-Couch (140x200cm) im Wohnzimmer eignet sich für einen Erwachsenen oder zwei Kinder. Für die kleinen Gäste stehen bei Bedarf Babybett und Hochstuhl zur Verfügung. Für ihr Fahrzeug gibt es einen Stellplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Gleich gegenüber befindet sich im Winter ein Skiverleih, im Sommer ein eBike-Verleih.

Das Apartment befindet sich im Untergeschoss und bietet den perfekten Ausgangspunkt für einen Urlaub in den Bergen – in zentraler Lage, aber trotzdem ruhiger Umgebung. Zu Fuß oder mit dem ÖPNV können Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und kulturelle Attraktionen schnell erreicht werden. Autos können kostenlos an der Straße geparkt werden. Das Wanderwege-Netz am Wank befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür. Das Bett ist 1,20m groß und Bad-Accessoires sind für Dich bereitgestellt.
