Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

On the property there is a double carport, a small lawn, as well as a terrace, which invites you to cozy barbecue evenings in summer. In the living room of the house, you have a TV and a fireplace, the bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating. Upstairs is a small and a large bedroom. Each of them has a TV.
