A few minutes from the "Zoncolan" ski area and the Arta Spa, a convenient starting point for excursions in the high mountains and for simple walks, about 30 minutes from the border with Austria (Monte Croce Carnico pass). It is bright, extremely welcoming - also thanks to the beautiful light wood floor -, pleasant in all seasons: in spring and summer for the warm outdoor light, filtered by the roof windows and the balcony; in the cold season for the charming fireplace with open fire and the view of the snowy meadows.
