Great location in the middle of nature, but also very close to several towns and supermarkets. Easy and friendly communication, very clean house, great beds! Recommended for groups and families.

With 4 adults we had a very nice time here, 4 days of sun definitely contributes to that! We first visited Deventer on the way there, rented cycling from " Jan Stam" in Holten the day after and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and impressive Canadian cemetery. On the 3rd day, a visit to Burg Bentheim in Bath Bentheim pp was the program, but again and again it was really wonderful " coming home " to the cottage. Ideal place for peace seekers!

It was all very nice and clean, just like the pictures. I would recommend using a little less chlorine in the whirlpool, as it smelled strongly and the water foamed. Otherwise, the sauna was great and the apartment was very nicely furnished.

The villa is perfect for a holiday in style and comfort! The house was spotlessly clean and has a nice and cosy atmosphere, the fly screens will allow you to sleep with open windows in peace! Bou and Rosa are great hosts, very friendly and always helpful. We had a great stay as a couple, but the house provides room and facilities for a family as well. The surroundings are perfect for hiking, biking and relaxing! We did 3 mountain-bike tracks and had fun all the way! Holten is a nice, small town, but Deventer is only 20 km away and worth a visit. Back 'home' I enjoyed preparing scrumptious diner, the Easter lamb was fantastic! The kitchen got a great cooker and is very well equipped, I had every kitchen gadget I could wish for! In April the weather was not warm enough to sit outside, but next time we'll enjoy a luxurious breakfast in the garden, listening to all kinds of birds and ....... nothing else!

We had a beautiful, quiet and great stay in the cottage. It is located in around wooded environment. Sitting in the garden is very relaxing. Everything was clean and well maintained. There are several mountain bike tracks in the area, those of Hellendoorn we have driven several times. All in all this is recommended for a great holiday.

What a beautiful loft. Beautifully decorated, beautifully clean. Wonderful bed. Nice attention at welcome. And all that in a beautiful street in the center of Deventer. In short: very highly recommended!

There is very little to say really about Frank’s place. It is fantastically equipped and beautifully laid out. I would come back any time.

Great living space in the centre of Deventer. The Bergkwartier has historical value in Deventer. Shops and restaurants within short walking distance.

Recommended for a weekend getaway to Deventer, this apartment has its own garden, a kitchen and a living room and bedroom. With a supermarket 100 meters away to fill your fridge. A 10-minute walk from the beautiful historic center. The facilities in the apartment were very good, a nice bed and everything was very clean. We'll definitely be back!

If you love peace, nature and cycling, this is the perfect location. Nevertheless, all activities such as the recreational lake, day trip to Germany, Enschede, etc. are within cycling distance. At the apartment we enjoyed the tranquility, super hospitable host and everything available. definitely recommended.

Last weekend we stayed in the airbnb of Jale and we liked it very much! We were warmly welcomed by the host and she gave good tips on what to do in the area. The whole apartment is nicely decorated and super clean! Definitely recommended!
