Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Rimini

L'alloggio di Francesca è ben strutturato, luminoso e la terrazza è un surplus molto apprezzato. L'alloggio offre una fornitura molto essenziale di accessori, ma ciononostante è molto accogliente. La zona in cui si trova è molto comoda per raggiungere il mare e i più importanti luoghi di interesse culturale. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti tutti i servizi necessari: negozi, ristoranti e supermercati. Francesca si è dimostrata essere una host molto disponibile nel fornire informazioni e molto reattiva nel rispondere alle richieste.

Wir waren 3 Wochen in diesem traumhaft gelegenen Haus. Auf der Terasse liegen und den Vögeln zuhören, Wanderungen in das angrenzende Naturschutzgebiet einfach unglaublich schön. Und wer Leben und Städte mag ist in Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini etc wirklich bestens aufgehoben. Der nahegelegene Hausstrand ist ruhig und ideal. Das Haus ist einfach und funktional eingerichtet eben ein Landhaus. Also wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Ganz lieben Dank für die sehr liebe Betreuung.

If you truly want to feel as if you're a local, stay at this beautiful home! You're right in the middle of everything, yet you feel as though you're in your own private oasis. The courtyard, the rooms, the views-it was all amazing. What a gem! I will stay here again.

Abbiamo soggiornato insieme ad una famiglia di amici in questa bella casa di campagna, dopo un matrimonio in zona. Ander è stato gentilissimo e molto attento a rendere il nostro breve soggiorno comodo e tranquillo.

Wir (Ehepaar und drei Hunde) haben in dem kleinen Paradies von Lorenzo & Monica in jeder Beziehung ein tolles Ferienerlebnis gehabt. Das Haus: mit viel Liebe, Sorgfalt und Stolz gepflegt, bietet Platz innen und im Garten sowie Privatsphäre. Die Lage: auf dem kleinen Hügel genug weit weg vom Trubel der Touristen unten an der Promenade, aber nah genug beim Meer (300m, kleine Strasse den Hang hinunter), umgeben von viel Grün und Natur. Die Gastgeber: flexibel, höflich und kommunikativ (Lorenzo, mit ihm wurde die Buchung vereinbart) sowie charmant, hilfsbereit und Gastgeberin aus Passion (Monica, die nebenan mit ihrer Familie wohnt). Vielleicht ist es besser, wenn wir jetzt mit dem Lob stoppen, weil wir gerne nächstes Jahr wiederkommen wollen - und nicht möchten, dass es keinen Platz mehr gibt...;-) Grazie mille, Monica e Lorenzo!

Ho soggiornato in questa casa a Fano con la mia famiglia e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L’appartamento è carino, comodo e situato in pieno centro, con una splendida terrazza affacciata sui tetti del centro storico — davvero suggestiva! Giacomo e Alberto sono stati sempre disponibili e gentili, ci hanno anche fornito le biciclette per muoverci comodamente e ci hanno permesso di lasciare la casa con calma nella mattinata della partenza. Un soggiorno piacevolissimo, lo consigliamo!

Ubytování jsme si užili. Komunikace s Rosou byla v pořádku. Byt je prostorný, ocenili jsme možnost využití zahrady. Je odsud nedaleko i na pláž. A pejsek Ugo, to byl bonus navrch, nejmilejší pejsek, jakého jsme na cestách potkali.

Il gioiello di questo appartamento è la terrazza alta sul mare,in cui abbiamo trascorso momenti stupendi dall’alba al tramonto alla notte. Tutta la casa è confortevole in particolare il cortile in cui si respira un’aria a di paese d’altri tempi.Ringraziamo i proprietari che hanno mostrato una gentilezza squisita . Paola e Andrea

Ho soggiornato per una settimana con la famiglia nell'appartamento Martilla di Gabicce. Appartamento pulito e assolutamente in ordine, in una zona ben servita e con tutti i servizi necessari. Il proprietario Marco è una persona seria, gentile e disponibile. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. Consigliatissimo.

La casa ha un ottimo ambiente italiano, con tutti i comfort e un arredamento molto eccellente. Quando fa caldo, puoi goderti il bellissimo paesaggio all'ombra sulla terrazza o fare colazione insieme al sole al mattino. Siamo stati in sei in vacanza qui per 10 giorni, abbiamo visto molto e abbiamo ricevuto risposte a tutte le domande di Nilvana e sua figlia Laura. Siamo stati supportati anche con una riparazione necessaria dell'auto. Il clou è stato il tour privato del mulino dell'olio d'oliva per noi, durante il cui naturalmente ci siamo riforniti di olio d'oliva. Anche la posizione è ottima - il mare è a circa un'ora, San Marino e/o Urbina e Urbino sono circa 30 minuti. Dopo un buon periodo in famiglia, torniamo in Germania molto soddisfatti e riposati. Locuinta lui Matteo este exact ca în descriere. Ne-am simțit ca acasă, iar Matteo este o gazda impecabila. Sigur vom reveni la el.

Everything was fine

Schöne Unterkunft, alles war sehr sauber, und nette Vermieter. Alles war so, wie beschrieben. Bahnhof und Innenstadt sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar, der Strand wirklich gleich um die Ecke - genauso wie ein richtig guter Pizza-Imbiss.

We hebben een heel fijn en rustig verblijf gehad. Heel vriendelijke host; een zeer ruim en net appartement waar alles aanwezig is wat je nodig hebt; een heel aangenaam zwembad met heerlijk uitzicht op de heuvels; fijne restaurants in de buurt en dichtbij de zee. Ideale plek om te verblijven.

superbe appartement dans magnifique village appartement au top! rien de manque, celui-ci est aménagé de sorte à ce qu'il soit pratique. La literie est de bonne qualité, la cuisine est propre. Le plus : la terrasse avec vue sur l'adriatique. Carlotta nous a demandé si nous étions bien arrivés et nous a indiqué qu'il y avait un petit cadeau dans réfrigérateur :-) Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, il y avait un plateau dans la cuisine avec 2 verres à cocktail et des gâteaux. Quelle délicate attention après toutes ses heures de route (Ns venons de Bretagne en France). Le village est magnifique et animé avec la plage en contrebas. La région est superbe. Vous pouvez en savoir plus en feuilletant les livres et prospectus qui sont à votre disposition dans le logement. Et puis, nous avons fait de belles rencontres aussi dans le village. Je recommande vivement.

Wir haben uns in Cinzias Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr schön, gut ausgestattet und Cinzia ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin, die wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

Incredible place, with an beautiful view. The house is rustic and welcoming. We had a great time, we will probably return in the summertime!

Villa Lucia ist sehr schön gelegen, sauber und gepflegt. Man hat Platz und großzügige Außenräume mit großartigem Ausblick. Es ist sehr ruhig, die Nachtigall singt einen in den Schlaf. In der Umgebung gibt es viele sehenswerte Ausflugsziele und typische Restaurants mit lokaler Küche sowie etliche Weingüter mit Verkostungsmöglichkeiten. Gessica, die uns empfangen hat, ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Leider hatten wir etwas Pech mit dem Wetter, sonst wäre unser Aufenthalt perfekt gewesen.

Our stay was great. We were greeted warmly and even got a regional pastry at breakfast. The kitchen was well-equipped and stocked with basics like salt, coffee, water, and pleasant additions like beer, wine. The house is beautiful and sits on a large property with lots of trees. It was very quiet and peaceful, and we enjoyed the birds singing. The hosts took good care of us during the whole stay. They suggested visiting Verucchio and a local olive oil shop, which we also strongly recommend. We felt well looked after throughout our stay.

I highly recommend this homeowner to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation experience. The house was impeccably clean and incredibly family-friendly, making it an ideal choice for our group. The optional experiences that were offered were exceptionally well organized, adding a special touch to our trip. Overall, our holiday was made truly memorable by the fantastic accommodations and the seamless arrangements. We all felt absolutely wonderful during our stay. La casa hermosa, confortable, todos los servicios impecables, te hacen sentir muy bien recibido y como en casa. La atención de Barbara la dueña excelente, atenta a todo lo que se requiera y de maravilloso trato, buscando atender de la manera mas amable y especial posible.

Zeer aangenaam huis in een mooie streek. Bij problemen heeft Mara altijd erg snel geprobeerd een oplossing te vinden. Zalig genieten aan het prachtige zwembad en ideaal gelegen om Le Marche te ontdekken.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Blick auf die Berge und das Meer. Auch die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll gestaltet und wir waren begeistert von der Größe und der Liebe zum Detail. Ebenso der Garten und der Pool waren nicht zu übertreffen! Wir sind mehr als zufrieden!
