Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Auf beiden können je 2 Personen bequem schlafen. Küche und Bad sind neu renoviert und voll ausgestattet. Ca. 500 Meter von der Wohnung befindet sich eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Von dort fährt man etwa 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Aldi, Lidl, sowie eine Tankstelle, die 24 Stunden geöffnet ist sind in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
