In addition to the ideal location, the apartment scores points with family friendliness, new equipment and great views of the countryside with balcony. Ideal for 4 adults or a family. In the house we live with two lovely dogs. On site we charge the mandatory tourist tax in cash: persons from 16 years: 2 euros per night. Children (6- incl. 15): 1 Euro per night.

Die drei ganz neuenTiny-Häuser liegen in einer kleinen ruhigen Ortschaft nahe dem Simsee. In der Umgebung lassen sich viele Ausflüge zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad zu den umliegenden Seen machen, zwischen typisch bayrischer Landschaft. Jedes Haus hat ein Schlafzimmer für zwei Personen, es gibt ein Schlafsofa für eine 4er-Belegung. Im Gemeinschaftsgarten gibt es einen Grillplatz. Vom Bahnhof Bad Endorf sind es ca 50 Min nach München bzw. Salzburg.

It is also far to the center of town. 73m2 spread over two rooms, kitchen and bathroom. The Chiemgau mountains can be viewed from the terrace and hiking tours can be planned. Smoking is not allowed, not even on the terrace. Garden shared use.
