A cottage with a special location surrounded by water on 3 sides in the middle of Svendborgsund. The house has been modernized with a new kitchen and bathroom as well as post-insulation so that it can be used all year round. The bedroom is bedroom with a new "Emma" bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed in good quality with room for adults. There is an outdoor shower and a staircase in the water for the morning dip. The 36 m2 house is south-facing, so you can experience both sunrises and sunsets from the house.

Bed & Breakfast in the heart of Funen (Denmark)

The house is an old school building from 1805, and is located at the western foot of the gently sloping church hill in the lovely village of Krarup. We offer not only bed and breakfast, but also various events throughout the year and a small shop where you can buy seasonal products. The house is surrounded by a cozy garden, which our guests are welcome to use, as well as toys for children. You are also welcome to feed our animals, collect eggs in the henhouse and harvest fruit and vegetables.

Den lille charmerende bjælkehytte er omgivet af gårdens æblehave, sø med ænder og fisk, adskillige terrasser og en spændende have fyldt med små kroge. En perfekt måde at bo midt i naturen. Langholm er og har været en slægtsgård i over 80år og oser af nostalgi, hygge og gode historier. Gården ligger tæt på indkøbsmuligheder. Vi er til at tale med :)

Unikt 30m2 Tiny House ved søen.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

En lille romantisk perle lige I vores egen baghave I Herrested ved Ørbæk på Fyn. Boligen er 38 kvm og ligger på 1. sal og har udendørstrappe med egen indgang. Køkken/alrum er veludstyret og med spiseplads og sofa. Badeværelse med brusekabine. I soveværelse er også et skrivebord. Breathtaking beach house [outstanding ocean view]

- beach house - this is for guests who want a few meters to sand and water - high-end summer house - excellent walking and hiking trails - exceptional view, location - two paddle boards free to be used - space for 8 people to sleep. In the main house there are two bedrooms each with space for 2 people. In the annex there is space for 4 people. - the annex is hearted by an electric heating machine in the winter.

Boligen er indrettet i en gammel smedje med charmerende detaljer. Den ligger i en lille by med gode indkøbsmuligheder indenfor få hundrede meter. Fra haven er der en skøn udsigt over åben mark mod en nærliggende herregård. Både Odense, Svendborg, Nyborg og Kerteminde ligger under en halv times kørsel væk. Stedet er ideelt som udgangspunkt for cykelture i området med kort afstand til skov og strand.
