NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in downtown Rosenheim. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

You can reach the small cozy apartment with private bathroom on the second floor of a historic courtyard via a separate external staircase. Here you can find everything you need: Double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), Kitchenette with stove/oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and kettle Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet The outside staircase is large enough that you can also use it as a small balcony or you can simply go into the large garden, which is available to all guests and me.

The apartment is located in a detached house on the outskirts of Au, a small extra district of the municipality of Bad Feilnbach with direct views of the Bavarian Alpine foothills. Because it is located in a residential area, it is very quiet without through traffic. The nearest highway entrance (Munich-Salzburg/Kufstein A8) is only about 4 km away. From here you can start hiking and biking right away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool 5 minutes' walk

Our guest room is situated in a quiet location with a beautiful mountain view, directly in a varied recreational area. The beautiful spa town of Bad Aibling can be reached in 5 minutes by car, Munich and Salzburg in about 1 hour. Whether wellness in the thermal baths of Bad Aibling or Bad Endorf, whether hiking, cycling, skiing, excursions in the nearby surroundings or walks right outside our front door in beautiful nature, Karina and Andreas welcome you warmly!

Ma Bastide - your little kingdom in beautiful Bavaria

Ma Bastide is located in Bad Endorf, which is also called the gateway to Chiemgau. Bad Endorf itself has a lot to offer and has a 1A transport connection to Munich or Salzburg. Just minutes from Ma Bastide is a wonderful thermal spa that invites you to relax. In the "Gut Immling," art and culture lovers will also get their money's worth. The Simseeklinik and the spa gardens are also close to the property.

Single room with 18 m² in the Asbichlerhof

The Asbichlerhof is a single farm with a wonderful secluded location in a district near Hirnsberg. Bad Endorf and the Chiemgau thermal baths are about 8 minutes by car. The closest train station is also in Bad Endorf on the Munich – Salzburg train line. Hikes, for example, to the Ratzinger Höhe with a view of Lake Chiemsee or bike tours in the area are possible at any time.

Our guest room is centrally located in Vogtareuth and has been newly renovated. It is located on the second floor and has a size of 16 m² with a very small bathroom. The room is accessible via an external staircase. It is equipped with a radio, hair dryer, mini fridge, coffee maker, kettle, glasses, cups, plates and cutlery. Free Wi-Fi and wired connections are available.

Wendelstein Room "Your own hotel room"

In the annex of our house, with a private entrance, the 16 sqm room is located in the rural-modern style. The bathroom (toilet, sink, shower) is separated by a sliding door. From the mini fridge to the wardrobe, this room has everything you would expect from a 3-star hotel. TV and cable TV are provided. Order and cleanliness are our top priority.

In the idyllic Upper Bavarian Chiemgau, a bright, light-flooded, lovingly furnished apartment with 54 square meters, garden and mountain views, free WiFi and a separate entrance awaits you. The Wohlfühlplatzl for your breather and the ideal starting point for your activities.

Our place is in Rosenheim and is located in the middle of Munich/Salzburg. The Inntal triangle towards Austria and Italy/Brenner is approx. 5 minutes away. Lake Chiemsee and the mountains can be reached in about 20 minutes.
