Bosvik Gård, new apartment in main house from 1756

Great newly renovated apartment of 60 sqm at Sørfjorden. 7km from Risør city centre. Nice tour, and bathing facilities in nice and peaceful surroundings. The main house on Bosvik Gård that is listed in 1756 is painted in several editions by artist Kitty Kielland when she and her artist colleague Harriet Backer rented the house in the summer of 1885. One of the iconic editions "After Sunset" hangs in the Royal Palace in Oslo. The apartment has a new 180x210 bed and a new 120x200 bed, ideal for 2, 3 adults or a family with 2 children.

To Risør city center it is a nice walk of about 20 min. or bike ride in 7 min. - here you can park your car in your own parking lot and leave it during your stay. The apartment contains living room w dining area and lounge w TV. - A small kitchen, richly equipped. Bedroom with 4 bunks, duvets / pillows / bedsheets and covers. Bathroom with shower and laundry machine. Heat in all floors. Internet.

Dette er en flott leilighet (ca 60 kvm) midt i Risør sentrum. Lite koselig hus fra 1860-tallet. Leiligheten er i 2.etasje. Stille og rolig uten gatestøy eller støy fra naboer. To soverom (man går gjennom et soverom for å komme til neste soverom). Totalt to små dobbeltsenger. Og en stor sovesofa. Leiligheten har ikke egen privat uteplass. Det er dog flere kafeer og «alle byens fasiliteter» rett utenfor ytterdøra. Kafébord på fortauet kan benyttes fritt. Nylig pusset opp med nytt kjøkken og bad.
