Beds for 8 spread over 2 floors: 180cm+2x80 cm on the 3rd floor and 150cm+2x80 cm on the 1st floor, passage through two of the rooms. TV, but no internet and TV signals. Stairs. Suitable for family/group who like the good life.

New and modern cabin built in 2026, with most things. The cabin is sunny and relatively sheltered, with a lovely view of Skarvann. Here you can swim in the hot tub, enjoy the sun, barbecue and much more. Walking distance to, among other things, sea/freshwater, swimming pool (for a fee), soccer field, tennis court (for a fee), beach volleyball court, and playground. The cabin is located in Øysang, close to the fantastic town of Risør, and has two parking spaces with electric car charger (it is also possible to park several cars on the cabin field).

Walking distance to swimming areas, hiking areas, the city and everything you need when you are on vacation. We can assist with tips and recommendations for your stay in charming Risør. The apartment has a spacious living room with TV, WiFi, coffee table and dining table, bathroom, bedroom with double bed. The kitchen was renovated in the summer of 2023. Enjoy a longer stay with uninterrupted peace and quiet in our charming cabin "Strandstua", which accommodates four people. One bedroom with two bunk beds and one with a double bed. Possibility for one person in the upper bunk. Located by Lake Skarvann, this is the perfect base for swimming, fishing, kayaking, boat trips and more. The cabin has a shed with an outdoor toilet, shower, sink and cold and hot water. Large patio with covered outdoor kitchen and great sun exposure. Experience complete relaxation without time pressure and traffic noise.

A peaceful place surrounded by beautiful nature: forest, sea and lake and mountains with views. An older farmhouse with 6 beds and a boathouse with 4 beds are rented out together. Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the children, chickens. Take a romantic paddle boat or canoe in the lake, rent a motorboat and go on a discovery trip through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in a private lake. Nice hiking terrain. Raft - Camp Skarvann

Enjoy the sound of nature when you stay in this unique place. Idyllic small houseboat located on Lake Skarvann. It is a simple standard with 1 double bed and 1 single bed with foam mattress. There is no door on this unit, only a "awning" to close. Small kitchenette, table and chairs on the patio outside and a fire pan. Important to note that this is a wilderness camp, we do not have water and electricity. There is a toilet available in the area. Duvet/pillow/sleeping bag must be brought by yourself.

Boathouse by the lake

Cozy boathouse in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boathouse/apartment is located right on the waterfront, with access to private jetty, kayaks and garden/garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. The boathouse is best suited for 2 people staying for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people( 1 + 2) from May-September. Kayaks are not available October-April.
