The house is suitable for anyone who likes to combine the sea and the city during the holidays. It is a short walking distance to shops, restaurants, and cafes. You can only walk 180 meters to buy a delicious softie. Up on Urheia, 200 meters from the house, you have the opportunity to swim in fresh water and hike in the forest. At Krana, you get a swim in the sea and rent kayak.

A very cozy house located in the middle of Risør but still secluded in a quiet oasis. The house is unique with all the colors and good ambience. It is located in the middle of a staircase which is a thoroughfare between the main street (Kragsgate) and Caspersens gate. The house is from 1861, but renovated by skilled local artisans in 2019 with convenient room sharing and all amenities needed in a modern residence. Still, the soul of the house is kept, which makes it a great place to spend the days!

Huset har tre koselige soverom og ett bad. Stuen er møblert og kjøkkenet er utstyrt. En av de beste delene ved vårt sted er den fantastiske beliggenheten rett ved sjøen, med mulighet for båtplass. Dette er et koselig hus som er akkurat stort nok til å skape unike minner fra sommer, sjø, skjærgård og Sørland. Huset ligger i en liten hage i et lite, kystnært klyngetun på Gjeving mellom Risør og Tvedestrand, med Lyngør og Raet nasjonalpark en kort båttur unna.
