Here you live about 1 km from the city center, about 250 m from the grocery store, about 1 km from Randvik beach with rocks, fishing opportunities and beach. The residence has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 children's room with a sprinkler bed and the possibility to set up an extra travel cot. The house is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 small children. You get the morning sun on the porch on the front of the house and afternoon/evening sun on the porch at the back of the house Gas grill on the porch. Good with parking space and electric car charger in the garage.

Cozy tiny house of 32 square meters in beautiful Risør. The house has a kitchen with dining table, bathroom and small livingroom. In the loft there is a double mattress. We recommend stays for 1–2 people. You have a view of both the sea and forest, and the surrounding area has many nice hiking trails. It is about 10 minutes to walk to the beaches at Randvik. The tiny house is quite close to the main house (see photo), but has a private part of the garden with a fire pit that can be used if desired. 20 min to walk to the city center.

Large living room with dining area for 10. 4 bedrooms. 2 with double bed. One in the annex. 1 room with two singles. 1 chamber with a single bed. In addition, there are two good mattresses for extra sleeping arrangements. There is the possibility of free parking outside the house but this cannot be guaranteed as it is open to everyone.

We have 2 bikes, 2 children's bikes, SUP boards and skateboard that can be used by appointment. There is and possibility to rent a boat and boat space only 5 minutes walk from the house.

Nydelig sommersted på Borøya utenfor Tvedestrand. Kun 3t kjøring fra Oslo og 15 min. til Tvedestrand by med alle fasiliteter. Dette er et spesielt sted. Opprinnelig er det et båtbyggeri, men vi har gjort det om til et sommersted med 4 soverom med 8 senger + 2 ekstra på sovesofa i stue i 2.etg. Med 2 bad er det god plass til 2 familier som vil reise sammen. Vi har også en privat strand, samt stor brygge som er dyp nok også for seilbåter. Man kan kjøre ned og det er enkel adkomst og parkering.
