Contains: Hallway, living room with small kitchenette and dining area. 1 bedroom with 150 cm bed. 1 sleeping alcove with 120 cm bed. You have to go through the sleeping alcove to get to the bathroom. The apartment is very centrally located. Short distance to the bus and city center with shops and restaurants. Swimming area and hiking trails right next to the apartment. Beds for 8 spread over 2 floors: 180cm+2x80 cm on the 3rd floor and 150cm+2x80 cm on the 1st floor, passage through two of the rooms. TV, but no internet and TV signals. Stairs. Suitable for family/group who like the good life.

"Bekkestua" is a charming cottage with two annexes. The buildings are part of the farm buildings at Røysland Farm, where for many years a horseback riding camp has been run during the summers. This unique and tranquil accommodation makes it easy to recharge your batteries. From Bekkestua, there is an idyllic 5-minute walk down to Lake Skarvann and a great swimming area with a sandy beach. The water is rich in fish and a boat or canoe can be rented. Outdoor enthusiasts will also appreciate the many hiking opportunities in the nearby area.

Take a romantic paddle boat or canoe in the lake, rent a motorboat and go on a discovery trip through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in a private lake. Nice hiking terrain. Boathouse by the lake

Cozy boathouse in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boathouse/apartment is located right on the waterfront, with access to private jetty, kayaks and garden/garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. The boathouse is best suited for 2 people staying for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people( 1 + 2) from May-September. Kayaks are not available October-April.

Camp Skarvann Risør - Lavvo 1

Large and spacious cabin, with benches and tables inside. On the patio outside there are seating groups and a fire pit. PS: Firewood is not included. There is access to a gas grill as well. There are some mattresses available inside the lavo. It is also possible to rent a hot tub. Then the hot tub will be heated and you will get wood to continue firing. This must be arranged upon booking. Price and availability on request.

The house has all amenities such as garden with trampoline, bathtub, ice maker, coffee machine, two living rooms, great outdoor spaces with views and charger for electric car. The house is suitable for two or more families :-)

The cabin is located in a new and family-friendly cabin area about 10 minutes by car or boat from Risør city center. There is a road all the way to the cabin and parking space for four cars on the plot. Good hiking areas nearby, e.g. hiking trail along the coast into Risør city center and hiking trail to Fransåsen.

Equally suitable for animal-loving families with children, as well as Enjoy the animals, take a walk around the cabin, a boat trip, or a jog in the woods. Pick eggs from the hens, pick your own mint tea. Barbecue at our swimming area or just relax and enjoy the view of the water from a hammock. We are usually at home and can assist with whatever it may be. Peaceful and hospitable.
