Walking distance to, among other things, sea/freshwater, swimming pool (open during the summer months for a fee), soccer field, tennis court (for a fee), beach volleyball court, and playground. The cabin is located close to the fantastic town of Risør, and has two parking spaces and an electric car charger (there are also several parking spaces in the area)

Cozy boathouse in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boathouse/apartment is located right on the waterfront, with access to private jetty, kayaks and garden/garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. The boathouse is best suited for 2 people staying for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people( 1 + 2) from May-September. Kayaks are not available October-April.

Summer house right by the sea

Fantastic location on a small headland with views over Sørfjorden. Private beach two meters from the west side of the cabin. The tenant uses the beach which is on the right side of the cabin, when looking towards the sea, ie west of the cabin. Enclosed outdoor area on the plot next to the cabin, with garden furniture and a barbecue. A boat with an engine and oars is included in the rent. The tenant brings their own clean bed linens and towels. The renter cleaned the cabin before departure.
