The heat pump keeps the temperature smooth throughout the day and the wood-burning stove can be lit for cosiness and extra heat. Skiers at Øynaheia are not far away and you can buckle the skis at the cabin and walk towards the slopes from there. Very nice swimming opportunities with its own jetty outside the cabin. The cabin has a double bed, a single bed and 2 extra mattresses.

Here you live about 1 km from the city center, about 250 m from the grocery store, about 1 km from Randvik beach with rocks, fishing opportunities and beach. The residence has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 children's room with a sprinkler bed and the possibility to set up an extra travel cot. The house is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 small children. You get the morning sun on the porch on the front of the house and afternoon/evening sun on the porch at the back of the house Gas grill on the porch. Good with parking space and electric car charger in the garage.

Relax in a cabin in Søndeled, Risør. Here you can choose whether you want to swim in the sea, in fresh water or in a swimming pool. The cabin is located on Øysang, where there is a holiday center with swimming pool, restaurant and tennis court. A few minutes' walk to the jetty in Hødnebøkilen. Here it is possible to rent a boat. Swimming area in Skarvann with swimming jetty is also within walking distance. Otherwise, the Øisang ferry goes to Risør city center (and back) several times a day. Nice hiking terrain and a short drive to the Svabergene on Stangnes and Portør.

Bjonnepodden

Bjønnepodden is placed on a fantastic view plot on the Bjønnåsen cabin. Panoramic views in quiet surroundings with nature right outside. The pod is small but you have access to most of the amenities as well as a separate toilet and outdoor shower with hot water. Note: when the frost comes, the outdoor shower is closed, but there is still hot water inside. A short drive inside the field and you will get to the swimming area and jetty in Røsvika. There are nice hiking areas right outside and an active wildlife.

Great newer cabin (completed 2022) at Kallerberget in Risør with stunning views of the sea. The cabin is located in a new and family friendly cabin field about 10 minutes car or boat ride away from Risør city center. There is a car road all the way to the cabin and parking space for four cars on the premises. Nice hiking areas nearby, e.g. coastal hiking trail into Risør city center and hiking trail to Fransåsen.
