The house has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 children's room with a trundle bed and the possibility to set up an extra travel bed. The house is therefore suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 young children. You get the morning sun on the porch on the front of the house and afternoon/evening sun on the porch on the back of the house. Gas grill on the porch. Plenty of parking space and electric car charger in the garage.

Cozy kitchen with fireplace, dining room and lounge with sofas on the 1st floor. Private parking right outside the house with space for 1 car. We have 2 bicycles, 2 children's bicycles, SUP boards and skateboards that can be used by appointment. There is also the possibility to rent a boat and boat space only 5 minutes walk from the house.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet rett ved vakre Nidelva er dette plassen. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.
