This very modern and high-quality guest apartment is situated in the center of the Dietzhausen district of the city of Suhl, with a parking space on the property. Shopping is within walking distance. The Haseltal cycle path passes right by the property. The outdoor swimming pool is about 300 meters away. The ski and hiking areas in the Thuringian Forest (Oberhof with international competition venues, downhill with a lift and Schmiedefeld) can easily be reached in 20-30 minutes by car and also by public transport.

Hello dear guests, The apartment is on the ground floor and connected via an internal staircase to the 1st floor in the beautiful Rhönblick district of Bettenhausen. You have privacy with two fully equipped apartments with towels and sanitary supplies. There is also a large garden and parking in front of the house. The Reuthsee is the largest natural lake in Lower Franconia (about 17 hectares) and is only about 100 meters away as the crow flies. Pure nature. Core removed by 2017 according to KfW standard and completely renovated with a lot of love for detail. Previously used as a weekend house and home office. We are new to Airbnb :) .
