Monthly Rentals in Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia

We loved our stay at this fascinating, historic Trinity House, very comfortable space for two people with all that you need for a visit to Philadelphia, even a washer and dryer in the basement. Yes, the winding stairs are a bit of a challenge but there are plenty of helpful railings to hold onto. Beautiful walkable neighborhood, close to Rittenhouse Square restaurants and shops. Heather was a great host, quick to respond to our questions and needs. Highly recommended.

Staying and Rittenhouse is always wonderful. The space was very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and communication with Rafi’s Team great, very friendly. Lots of light in the space but the windows are very thin, it’s a busy street so if you bring earplugs for nighttime it’s fine. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Location! Location! Perfect place for 2 surrounded with, restaurants, grocery store, park and even pet shop nearby! Fun activities and farmers market on weekends at nearby Rittenhouse Park. We stayed almost a month and the Joseph did his best to accommodate us. He immediately responded to all our requests/questions. I would definitely recommend his home!

This adorable little house was a great place to stay in Philadelphia! It's on a peaceful block, but also walking distance from everything we wanted to do. Everything was as described and easy to find. Highly recommend!
