María una gran anfitriona. nos recibió antes de la hora de check in. Nos proporciono información útil del departamento y del lugar. El dpto súper bien ubicado, cómodo, espacioso, super limpio y luminoso. realmente lo recomendaría y volvería allí.

Appartamento grande e pulitissimo, con tutto il necessario, a pochi passi dalla stazione, dal centro e dalla spiaggia. Host super gentile, indicazioni precise, è venuto a salutarci alla nostra partenza. Grazie!!

Great apartment in the heart of La Spezia! Easily walkable to everything — the train station, ferries, museums, restaurants and shops. The washer/dryer was essential in allowing us to pack light on our 2 week Italian adventure. If I’m ever lucky enough to be back in the area, would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I had a great stay. The apartment was very well located, modern, well equipped and clean. Emannuela was very responsive and helpful. nice little touches like the bag of focaccia left for my enjoyment.

Carolina’s place is amazing!! We stayed for 3 nights and had the best time. A short uphill walk from the train station and views that take your breath away. It has all the amenities you could need and the terrace is beautiful to sit out on. Carolina sent really clear instructions for getting to the property and the property was clean on arrival. There are quite a few steps but this didn’t put us off and we would definitely stay here again if we were in Cinque Terre again

Annalisa’s place was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. She met us to check in and gave some great recommendations. Riomaggiore is a great base for a stay in Cinque Terre! She also texted back very quickly when we had questions!

This rustic cottage in Ponzo is super cute and in a peaceful, quiet location. Great location for access to Cinque Terre via La Spezia. We were arriving from Florence and our GPS struggled to keep up with directions while going through the series of tunnels around La Spezia and kept sending us in loops, so it pays to have your route to the home mapped out before arrival. We found good morning coffee at a cafe about 6 minutes drive away. Elisa is a thoughtful and generous host and has prepared the home with a well-stocked kitchen full of the essentials. There is also a helpful welcome folder full of great recommendations. We were four adults travelling together and so needed to use the loft. The ladder is quite high and I wouldn’t recommend going up to that area for a bigger person. Ponzo is a very sleepy village so if you want a quiet location and a cosy, homely environment in a pretty garden this place is for you. Thanks Elisa for hosting us :)

Elana and her daughter were very helpful and very accommodating to all of our needs. Her daughter met us and showed us around with helpful tips about the place and the location. She told us all we needed to be comfortable and take advantage of our stay. Check out was as seamless and flexible. The place was very quaint and clean. Beautiful beach and location. Need to bring groceries or a car as not much within walking distance. Expensive area - beach clubs and restaurants but worth the treat

Unser Familienurlaub (4 Personen) an diesem Ort war ein absoluter Traum und in Wirklichkeit noch viel beeindruckender als auf den Fotos. Das gesamte Anwesen ist makellos sauber und strahlt eine wunderbare, friedliche Atmosphäre aus. Für unsere Kinder und uns war der Pool vor der atemberaubenden Bergkulisse das tägliche Highlight – ein perfekter Ort zum Abschalten und Genießen. Die Lage ist fantastisch, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen und gleichzeitig aktiv zu sein. Wir haben die Gegend auf mehreren wunderschönen Wandertouren erkundet. Was den Aufenthalt aber wirklich besonders macht, sind die Gastgeber: Chris und Joanna sind unglaublich warmherzig und hilfsbereit. Ihre Gastfreundschaft ist außergewöhnlich. Wir können diesen Ort nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Sehr schön gelegene Unterkunft auf den Hügeln am Rand von Genua. Der Blick hinunter Richtung Meer ist wunderbar und der tolle Garten mit Meerblick lädt zum Verweilen ein. In der Unterkunft ist alles da, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner ist vorhanden. Die Unterkunft ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen, jedoch muss man immer mindestens 30-45 Minuten mit dem Bus fahren, um Genua zu erreichen. Geschäfte sind ebenfalls ein Stück entfernt. Alles in allem empfehlen wir die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect stay for a couple of days, very quiet and a clean and slightly quirky apartment. It’s worth noting that the stairs to the bedroom really are steep; we came down backwards and couldn’t get our bags up the stairs. Having said that the room was lovely and airy. We enjoyed the walk down into Camolgli but it is a bit of a hike back up.! Loved the bonus of the local open air swimming pool and super friendly staff.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Olive Press Lodge - leider zu kurz. Das Anwesen ist so schön und liebevoll gepflegt, wir haben uns jeden Abend gefreut "nach Hause" zu kommen. Wir wurden von Thomas sehr freundlich und offen empfangen und er hatte auch in den kommenden Tagen stets ein offenens Ohr, hatte kostbare Tipps und war hilfbereit - auf eine angenehme, unaufdringliche Weise. Wir haben es geschätzt, dass sie nebenan wohnen, wir fühlten uns zu Hause und Willkommen. Das Haus selber hat alles, was man braucht, man kann sich sofort wohl und angekommen fühlen. Wir hatten auch Regentage und haben es genossen, dass es drin so geräumig und so gemütlich ist. Die Olivenhaine drumherum und der schöne Garten, der, wie alles, liebevoll und bis ins Detail gestaltet und gepflegt ist, runden das Ganze wundervoll ab. Für uns war es rundum perfekt und ich kann jedem diesen wunderbaren Platz nur wärmstens empfehlen! Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Quel beau séjour nous avons eu. L’endroit était merveilleux. De beaux jardins fleuris, une vue époustouflante sur la mer. il y avait deux cuisines très fonctionnelles dont une extérieure très pratique pour assister aux coucher de soleil. Le quartier était paisible. Nous avons enfin pu décrocher et se reposer. Non loin d’un petit village Lerici. Selon nous encore mieux que Cinque Terre. Ne cherchez pas ailleurs! Si vous souhaitez vous reposer dans un endroit paradisiaque entre amoureux, ce fut un vrai coup de cœur!! Nous reviendrons certainement!! C’est la première fois que nous trouvons que l’endroit est encore mieux que sur les photos!! Merci à nos hôtes qui nous ont assistés tout au long de notre séjour.

Michele hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert, wir hatten sogar einen gratis Fahrservice zum Bahnhof um in den Nationalpark zu fahren, incl. Beratung. Er hat uns sehr gute Restaurants empfohlen und sogar für reserviert. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und er ist sehr bemüht um jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und würden die Unterkunft auch weiter empfehlen. Daumen hoch, herzlichen Dank Michele 👌🏼🥂

Appartamento centrale vicinissimo alla Cattedrale, molto silenzioso ed accogliente. Unico problema se siete alti attenzione al letto sul soppalco....ma una volta "prese le misure" no problem. Il self check in ci lascia sempre un po' tristi non c'è nessuno ad accoglierti e a fornirti consigli utili per il soggiorno....non abbiamo trovato nè mappe della città nè altre informazioni ...così abbiamo lasciato copia della nostra guida cartacea per i prossimi ospiti italiani. Elle ci ha permesso di anticipare il nostro ingresso di un paio d'ore rispetto alle 15. Fate attenzione poi a non spegnere il frigorifero...l'interruttore è insieme a tutti gli altri!

We loved our stay in Santa Margherita! Cosimo’s place was clean, spacious and quiet. It’s walkable without big luggage (5 minutes from the station, but up steep stairs!). We stayed with our 6 month baby and walked to the main city centre multiple times. Thank you for your lovely home- we would recommend this place to anyone travelling to the area!

We had a fantastic stay at this very special apartment in Genoa. We were three friends traveling together, and the apartment was incredibly spacious and full of character. It has a unique artistic charm – not your standard holiday flat, but something with real soul. The apartment was clean and in great condition, with the kind of patina you’d expect from a historic building – full of atmosphere, yet with everything perfectly functional. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms were all well-equipped, and the terrace was an absolute highlight: stunning views over the port and a perfect spot to unwind. Communication was flawless and proactive from start to finish. The location is excellent – close to everything you might need, yet peaceful. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates a unique place with personality. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Giuseppe et Valeria . Le logement est très agréable avec sa grande terrasse au cœur du vieux Gênes. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle et bien équipée . Giuseppe est très disponible pour conseiller les vacanciers et en cas de soucis . Vraiment parfait . Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir 😍

Filippo è una persona molto gentile e accogliente! Abbiamo trascorso bei momenti in questo appartamento, che rende facile raggiungere il mare in bicicletta lungo il fiume in circa 20 minuti. Grazie!

Great location and lovely apartment, personalized decor/interior (not like an impersonal agency managed place) with lots of character. Bedrooms and bedding were first rate, three bathrooms were well appointed, nice kitchen also well equipped. Back deck-balcony was particularly lovely, great place for coffee and breakfast in the morning, and wine and cheese in the evenings before dinner. Location is very convenient to access sites in the historical area and port. Hosts very responsive and personally involved. We had a wonderful stay, and I would strongly recommend this spot and hosts to anyone planning a visit to Genoa.

I’m really glad that we chose to stay at Alessandro’s apartment. It was wonderful. Only a couple of years old. It’s so clean, roomy and comfortable. Very high ceilings. The air conditioning in the bedroom is great. There is a fan in the living area. More than adequate. It’s always a lovely temperature in the apartment. We decided to stay in Genoa as a base. One day we visited the historic areas of Genoa. The next we took a train to the Cinque Terre. The last day we did a half day boat trip to Positano. Such a fantastic trip! Thanks Alessandro for sharing your suggestions. Such a lovely host.
