We are traveling with a 3 year old kid and were looking for a nice place for the whole family to stay in Fano for a week. Stefano made our stay here just great! Stefano was very helpful during check-in and check-out time, he met us for an early check-in and was super flexible with the late checkout as well. This was very convenient for us and much appreciated! Location is great- an easy walk to the beach (where Stefano have arranged sunbeds and umbrellas for all of us), and a short walk to the downtown too! the place has parking space for the car, and includes breakfast options, which we used daily. Overall it was a beautiful experience, our family gad a great time here!

This fantastic apartment made our stay in Cervia an absolute dream. The location is unbeatable—surrounded by incredible restaurants just steps from the front door, and there’s even a charming gelato shop right downstairs. The apartment itself is spacious and filled with natural light, with a large common area that’s perfect for meals and relaxing together. I especially appreciated the thoughtful layout, with every bedroom offering direct access to the beautiful patio. Everything was spotless and incredibly comfortable. Enrica was a kind and helpful host, making our experience even more enjoyable.

Beatrice is a very friendly and helpful host. The area and location of the apartment is great. Beach is within walking distance and restaurants are around the corner. We had a great time and it is definitely recommended. We would definitely come back here.

Sara and Giovanni are extremely lovely and very friendly hosts. They were kind enough to pick us up at the station by car and drive us back. Communication was very easy in French. Accustomed to Airbnb rentals, this apartment is very clearly different from other sanitized apartments with international and standardized decor. This accommodation has a lot of charm and assets and has a beautiful soul like the owners. Very well equipped, clean, ideally located (close to shops, beach, restaurant and city center) the apartment is very quiet and you sleep very well! We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back.

We felt right at home upon arrival, everything was very clean and tidy and our little dog also had enough space. The balconies offer a wonderful view of the sea or the harbor. There are great restaurants around the accommodation and on the other side of the harbor you can walk along the promenade and stop at bars and cafes. There are also plenty of dog-friendly beaches and people. We would book the accommodation again at any time and definitely recommend it!

The contact on site worked excellently, Francesco himself showed us the apartment and explained everything important. In addition, he was always available when we had questions. The beach is only a few meters away and a mini market for daily needs is right on the doorstep. It was an absolutely successful holiday from our side.

Peaceful but close to everything’

This is a wonderful place to be, the most awesome place I’ve ever rented. Very clean, very beautiful, very comfy, very well equipped, very safe, very well located, very amazing view, all was perfect. We arrived with 3 men on 09/05/24 for the MotoGP. The key handover was easy, Marcella showed us the apartment and explained everything. Everything a person needs was available in good condition. The balcony overlooks the beach and sea. Restaurants and supermarket are within walking distance. The racetrack is 2 km away. On 09/10/24 we left, key on the table and done.

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

This is the place to stay if you come to Pesaro. It’s a minute to walk to the beach — right across from the expensive hotels. It has a beautiful unobstructed view of the Adriatic, so you can watch the sun rise having expresso on the balcony table, sitting on the patio chairs. Wash your clothes and hang them on the patio clothes line located on the other side balcony — they will be dry by night. Air conditioning and heating work great, as we needed both at different times for brief periods. Close to a lot of restaurants and a grocery store is a short walk. So relaxing. So perfect. Communication was excellent. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you!

Beautiful accommodation, everything was very clean, and nice landlords. Everything was as described. The train station and city center are within walking distance, the beach is really just around the corner - as well as a really good pizza snack.

Nicola and Valentina are wonderful hosts, very kind, enthusiastic and very considerate. We felt so pampered. The house is very nice, tastefully furnished, well-equipped and very clean. The location is exceptional, being the apartment right on the beach and on the waterfront. We will definitely be back if we want to go back to Rimini.

Everything was perfect. It's located on the 3rd floor, but it was easy because there was an elevator. We spent 3 days with a large dog, and the view of the sea and the beach was also good. I was flustered because there was no air conditioner, but when I opened the window, it was cool and nice because there was a lot of wind. Viserba is a neighborhood with clean streets and great for walking. Every evening, I took a 2-hour walk with my dog, and the walk was more enjoyable thanks to the shops that were open until late in the evening. It was a pity that there was no parking lot in the building, but the supermarket was close and there was no reason to use the car frequently, so it wasn't a problem. I would come back the next time I have a chance.

A gem. At the center of everything on the Rimini waterfront, with a parking space. Well, what more could you want? Comfortable apartment for a family of three with all the comforts. Probably in the high season you risk being a little too central but there is everything and I repeat with the parking space available in front of the Pascucci cafe and attached to the Fellini park basically behind the promenade. The price in this period is really worth "the ticket" of the trip. Very nice, we will return (probably avoiding the high season, but for our own sake)

I am very pleased to have found Nomastay Srl's apartment which is a real gem. The outstanding feature is the terrace providing a large outdoor space with pleasant views of the street in one direction, and towards the coast in the other. A great place to relax with an aperitivo after a day of sightseeing. Inside, the flat is well equipped with plenty of storage space, a good TV and WiFi. I really liked having a dish washer. The location is really close to the beach and only short walk to the station and the older part of the town. The street itself is very quiet. The Normastay team are highly professional and really well organised. They provide a brilliant video to demonstrate how to access the flat and use the equipment. The team was always on hand to answer any questions. I would definitely like to stay here again.
