Holiday rentals with breakfast in Rivabella

I stayed at Debora's house for a weekend at the beach with my family: a short break before the long-awaited real holidays. Despite the fact that I was quite late due to traffic in reaching Debora's house, the lady was impeccably found upon our arrival, showed us the things to know about the house that would host us and made herself available for all the needs we could have. The house is welcoming and well maintained, you can see the cleanliness and precision of the host. Highly recommended experience.

Tiziana's accommodation is the best you could wish for if you are looking for peace, silence and immersion in nature. Very close to the house, a path leads to a waterfall and in 5 km of uphill you reach the Hermitage of Carpegna. Otherwise, if you are traveling by car, there are many natural and historical places of interest a few kilometers away. If we happen to return to the area, we will be happy to be hosted again by Tiziana.

Communication with Giulia was always cordial. The check-in and check-out, which her mother took care of, was also straightforward. The apartment corresponded exactly to the description in the advertisement – clean, well-equipped and cozy. We were particularly pleased with the welcome bread and the little things provided, such as coffee, drinking water and milk. A free, locked parking space was also available. The location is easily accessible and is relatively centrally located between the old town of San Marino and the state border - both are within walking distance, although not directly around the corner.

Stay at apartment hosted by Kristian and Gabriele was exellent. Place was clean, peaceful, hosts were kind and there was breakfast provided. We visited advised restaurant and it was one of the best dinners I had in Italy. We also made a little walk around the hills.

Everything is perfect - from check-in to the location and cleanliness of the property. A great structure surrounded by greenery, just 10 minutes from the sea. Carlo and Novella are very kind hosts, with whom they can have great conversations! Thank you so much for the local tips, too. Breakfast is great too! Definitely recommend.

Very quiet place but not far from amenities, ample space and very clean, the possibility of parking the car internally was very important for me and above all very kind and helpful owners.

Beautiful apartment and furnishings, a mix of classic and modern, very comfortable, clean and well-kept in every respect. Mr. Paolo, so helpful and responsive, left everything we needed and more in the apartment, we felt at home. Super recommended, thank you very much.

We had a great time in the apartment It had everything you needed and was well stocked The only downside is the parking, which, although available, is very popular due to its proximity to the center. At certain times, it can be difficult to find a spot, and a couple of times I had to park my car in paid parking lots. However, taking this into account, it is a very good location for everything! Lovely, warm apartment with great views- at the front over to Rimini and the Adriatic and a side view of the castles above at San Marino City which looked particularly good at night. The apartment had everything we needed. Chiara sent photos to help us locate the apartment and the parking space which was very helpful although it still took us a few minutes to find it! The apartment had everything we needed. Due to the thick walls, the wi-fi signal was only really good in the living room but that was fine for us. Only a 5 minute walk to the gondola taking you up to the city.

Santina and Piero were very kind and welcoming throughout our stay. The house is as described and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Recommended for relaxing and enjoying the nature of the surroundings.

In addition to Rome, this is our first visit to Italy. We travel all over Italy with 🚗 and dog, the next 3 months. Our first stop, in addition to single nights, was with Barbara and we feel so privileged to have experienced both Barbara and her super cozy apartment with the most amazing balcony with evening sun and the most beautiful views of the city, mountains and the water. Everything in the apartment worked perfectly… and it was super clean. Barbara was a super sweet host and extremely easy and pleasant to communicate with. The walk along the water, with the dog, every morning, was outstanding. We wanted to stay at Barbara's every time we were in the area. There was free parking for the car, great! I don't even know where to start - we came to Rimini for a competition and were looking for the perfect Airbnb: clean, centrally located and yet quiet, so that we could relax well at night. And we really hit the jackpot! The apartment was spotless, the beds super comfortable, and thanks to the shutters you could completely darken the room - ideal for us athletes to get a restful sleep. The absolute highlight was the roof terrace: beautiful, lovingly designed with plants, you immediately feel at home. Chicca & Luca were incredibly likeable, warm and you can tell right away: they have their heart in the right place! I can only recommend the apartment and the hosts with all my heart. If we come to Rimini for a competition again, we already know where we will stay!

Had the most beautiful and lovely time with Carmen and Max in their family home. The grandparents, parents and sons are all so warm, welcoming and inviting and I felt so at home with them. Carmen makes delicious cakes and it’s like a buffet for breakfast! They will take very good care of you the whole time - giving recommendations, making sure you get home safely and chatting to you even if you don’t speak Italian. This was the best time, thank you Carmen and Max!!!!

I can’t say enough about how fantastic this B&B is! Lucio and his wife are so warm and welcoming, but also give you space and privacy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the surroundings are so beautiful and the breakfast was delicious as well. We had everything we needed here. I highly recommend this place if you’re staying in the area, it is worth the short drive from town to stay here!

On a hill with fantastic views, enjoy the sunrise in the morning through the large panoramic windows in the living room, in the garden overlooking the olive trees of Agnese and having breakfast in the beautiful landscape...what more could you want. The flat is very tasteful and spacious. The kitchen with 5 sparkling stove and oven invites you to cook if you don't want to eat in one of the trattorias of the area with Romagnolian kitchens. Agnese is a very likeable host and with her tips have made a significant contribution to the success of our vacation. What you should know...the area from the house is more for sportlch ambitious cyclists, but you can take directly beautiful hikes; the access via a gravel path is a bit bumpy but easily feasible; you need a car to shop and explore the beautiful wider surroundings. We felt very comfortable!

The place is so nice, comfortable and quite. Supermarket nearby, 10 minutes walk to the beach. The kitchen has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. Annalisa was an incredible host. She was responsive and thoughtful, making sure I knew where everything was when I checked in—she even provided breakfast coupons for a nearby restaurant. The whole place was spotless. The second-floor room was perfect for traveling solo, not to mention the personal patio outside! I’ll be sure to book with Annalisa again next time I visit Rimini.
