Tiny house holiday rentals in River Eden

We stayed over bank hol weekend. Anton and Penny were great hosts, food at the pub was lovely, anything we needed such as cutlery, cups, towels just had to pop round to the pub to ask. We loved our stay.

Great to be back for a return visit. As always everything was clean and tidy. Andrew and Lisa are great hosts and always go above and beyond to ensure guests have a fantastic stay. There's plenty to do in the area, I spent the weekend cycling and it's really easy to jump onto the Waskerley Way, which is about a mile from the farm.

Great stay with Josh! Josh was lovely and helpful and the place was beautiful and perfectly located.

Arnside is magical and we had the best time. The space was really nice and perfect for what we needed. Location is really great for access to woodland walks, and the town is just down the hill. Great restaurant called JJ Crossfields that had really nice food and the staff were lovely! We just had a really nice time in general :)

Such a beautiful place to stay, we got to meet a very friendly cat, 3 dogs and two lovely deers (who love apples & carrots) Our hut was clean & tidy same as the shower room & toilet (shower was amazing) We didn't get to actually meet Ruth but her mum liz was amazing we would definitely stay again!!! We had a fabulous stay at Hingabarn, a remote beautiful place, surrounded by wooded countryside with so many flower-filled meadows. Barn itself very clean with a well-equipped kitchen, and a very generous welcome pack! The drive up the track was fine, as per instructions just have to take it slowly and carefully. Thank you Paul and Barbara, we will be back!

Beautiful location in a peaceful valley overlooking sheep and cow field. Has everything you need and the hot tub is a massive bonus. Could not recommend it enough.

This Shepherd’s Hut is gem on the Pennine Way. The hut is very sweet and cosy and perfect for a night or two. View from the window is over the sheep fields and we spend the evening sitting outside, watching swifts, swallow allows and house martins circling above us. The host could not have been more friendly and helpful and we felt at home straight from the start. We couldn’t recommend this place any more especially if you are hiking the Pennine Way and want somewhere special to stay.

From the moment we arrived we were blown away by this wonderful location. We were welcomed warmly by Sarah who showed us around and was on hand if we needed any help. The location is absolutely stunning, with everything you could need for a peaceful, romantic and private getaway. All of the little extras that were provided such as sweet treats and their own homemade coffee really added to the quality of the experience. Sitting in the hot tub surrounded by beautiful garden plants and flowers, as well all the birds, bees and butterflies really made this a wonderfully tranquil experience. The shepherds hut is beautifully decorated and we felt right at home from the outset. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. We will definitely be returning again to enjoy Lonton and all the wonderful surrounding areas!

We had an absolutely amazing time at the Shepard’s hut, it was more stunning then I could’ve ever imagined! Ashley was so incredibly friendly checking in and making sure we were all ok! The views are incredible i would 100% recommend to anyone to visit and I would come back tomorrow if I could!!

A fantastic lodge. Very comfortable and located right next to the lake. The terrace is delightful to have drinks/ eat on and overlook a beautiful view. Kevin is a great host and kept us well informed.

The hut is a perfect place to relax and use as a base to explore- in stunning surroundings. Nicola is incredibly knowledgeable on the area and offers lots of help to plan walks, climbs everything else

We had a lovely time at the lodge, it had everything we could have needed and the views were beautiful. Angela was really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

Gorgeous, cosy and quirky house, perfect for a romantic getaway and base for exploring the surrounding area. Loretta is a wonderful host, very friendly and helpful. The only issues we had was the sat nav getting a bit mixed up but that was soon fixed by parking nearby and having a wander. Once we found it, it was very private and beautiful and allowed us to have a lovely and peaceful weekend. We didn't want to leave!!

Jo & Darren’s place was absolutely lovely! It was a very cosy little hut in a lovely part of Windermere, felt very private and it was so quiet. Jo was really flexible and accomodating to our needs and really quick to respond to messages which was great! We enjoyed our stay, 5-10 minute walk into Windermere proper and a very short drive to Bowness (5 min). Thanks again Jo!

Absolutely perfect long weekend at Peasecroft. The place is gorgeous and so well kitted out. We took a projector and had a movie night - the blinds are the perfect projector screen ;-). We bagged three Wainwrights, did a boat tour, tried most of the pubs in Coniston, had a spa day at Low Wood bay... perfect weekend and amazing accommodation. Couldn't recommend it highly enough! Beautiful location for a lovely farm stay, great views from the hot tub! Loved being able to watch the cows and sheep. Claire was lovely and was ready to help at any moment despite us arriving so late at night! Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

A lovely peaceful getaway with great views from the bedroom. Sarah was very welcoming and helpful with check-in.

We had a lovely peaceful weekend away at Podington. The accommodation was warm and cosy and was a great base for enjoying the amazing countryside round Grassington.
