Our cosy space offers tiny living with luxury. We are confident that our small yet mighty space will meet your needs offering a comfy double bed, shower room, snuggly sofa and a fully fitted kitchen and inspire you on what can be created in a small space. Our cosy space is a renovated garage situated next to our house but you will have your own private entrance and lock safe. Parking is also available. Santina is the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of life! Positioned in a field behind our farmhouse, the shepherd hut is surrounded by farm land. Guests can enjoy relaxing in the hot tub (** see 'details to note' re cost) or star gazing by the fire pit under skies that are not interrupted by streetlamps before retiring to the cosiness of the hut which is heated by a log burner. Lots of lovely local walks. Easy access to the A14 & A1 and perfect location for exploring local villages.

Misty is a 57ft narrowboat moored without neighbours, on the quiet Little Ouse River. Your stay here offers peace and quiet , with close up views of the natural surroundings and local wildlife, such as Kingfishers, Egrets and Otters. The perfect location to get away from life's hustle and bustle, a chance to relax and unwind. The sun rises over the bow and no street lights means great views of the night sky and the milky way can often be seen, as bats swoop overhead. A little slice of heaven.

Rural hideaway in a cosy farm cottage with hot tub

'The Maid's cottage was a perfect retreat and photos don't do it justice'. Our cottage is the ideal accommodation for couples or families with children to have a relaxing retreat in this cosy home, with its own hot tub. We feel it is suitable for 2 adults and up to 2 children, who would be happy to sleep on the sofa bed downstairs. The garden is enclosed and perfect for dogs. It was completely renovated in 2020 and opened in late 2021.
