The Steading is a secluded and very spacious 3 bedroom cottage with stunning views from all sides. It was converted 15 years ago and is cosy, warm and well equipped for up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 ensuite). One ensuite bedroom is on the ground floor for those who cannot manage the stairs. Aviemore and Inverness are both within easy reach, and there are plenty of walks on the doorstep. Please be aware infants under the age 2 need to be included in the max no of 6 guests.

Inverwick Cottage is newly refurbished and ideally situated in the west end of Nairn being only 2 minutes walk from the beach, with sea views. Nairn offers wonderful beaches and a wide range of attractions including championship golf courses, a marina, swimming pool, spa, tennis courts and an art gallery. Amenities like supermarkets, banks, cafes and restaurants are all within a short walk. The cottage is 15 minutes drive from Inverness airport and provides a great base to explore the Highlands.

It was refurbished recently and has underfloor heating and a woodburning stove in the sitting room. It is a perfect place for family and friends to relax. The cottage and garden are for your use, there is a large area of lawn and grass all around the cottage. An ideal location for exploring the rich history of Scotland and to enjoy nature with lochs, beaches, forests and rivers nearby.

The nearest amenities are 2miles in Evanton or 5miles to the ancient Burgh of Dingwall. Foulis Castle is a 15 min walk away from the Storehouse Restaurant & Farm shop, which is situated on the shore/beach of the Cromarty Firth (Mon-Sat 9-5pm).
