Pet-friendly holiday rentals in River Thames

We stayed at Acre Lodge over the late May bank holiday and it was brilliant. The lodge is clean, well laid out and with all the amenities and equipment you need for a restful stay. The fixtures and fittings are all great quality and the hot tub is good fun. The Mason Arms is a five minute walk away and a fantastic pub for food, service and atmosphere. Janet was a great host, and we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

We thoroughly recommend The Little Forge for a stay in the Cotswolds - it was so pretty, peaceful and the hot tub was a bonus! We stayed here for our mini moon after our wedding for a bit of rest and relaxation and got just that! Kelly gave us super clear instructions of where to park and how to get in - all really easy. The cottage itself is really pretty, has all the home comforts you could possibly need as well as being in walking distance to a great pub with delicious food and really good service. It was peaceful and relaxing - Kelly had thought of all amenities you might need during your stay - it felt like a home away from home. The cottage is a great base to explore lots of the Cotswolds - we enjoyed Stow-on-the-Wold, walk no. 4 in the "40 walks in the Cotswolds" book, Cowley Manor Experimental for an afternoon spa trip and The Feathered Nest. We loved our stay - would love to come again some time! Thank you!

We had a lovely time at Sarah's place. It's as the photos suggest and is in a very peaceful surrounding. The barn is next to Sarah's family home, but the way it is oriented means you get plenty of privacy. Thank you for letting us in to your home. We all had a lovely quality time with friends.

La maison d'Eugénie a correspondu exactement à nos besoins: des chambres et salles de bain confortables, un emplacement paisible et verdoyant pour se reposer après une journée de shopping ou de visite, London Fiels à 2 pas pour son footing..... Quant à la décoration, il faudra la découvrir par vous-même ! Eugenie nous a également donné beaucoup de conseil pour découvrir les commerçants et restaurants de son quartier. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de tout tester. Dalston est à découvrir.

We had a lovely stay in this quaint cottage with a beautiful garden. The beds were really comfortable and the foodie extras that Jo supplied were very much appreciated. We would recommend this holiday home to others. Thankyou so much Jo.

We lovely Rebecca place. Calming and airy decor made us feel relax and at home. We had everything we needed. It was a perfect fit for our group of three generations of women. Beautifully appointed rooms one for each of us and so many lovely spaces with room to relax as a group or have some personal space. The outdoor areas, especially on the riverside were magical watching the swans glide by. If you’re considering this accommodation, you won’t be disappointed. Communication was also fantastic :-)

We had a lovely stay. Anna was an amazing host. Anna was always available to answer any questions during our stay. A lovely home. Comfortable and clean . Nice little community . Walking distance to grocery, train and public transit.

We had such a memorable experience staying here — just myself and my three boys aged 7, 12, and 13. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel completely at home. Marley was incredibly friendly with a great sense of humour that had us all laughing and relaxed. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and ideal for a family. You can tell a lot of thought and care goes into making sure guests feel welcome. The boys didn’t even miss their devices — they were too busy learning and soaking up the experience. Some of our highlights were watching the red kites feed, spotting deer, and seeing badgers feeding — all made even more special by Marley and Fred, who patiently and enthusiastically educated us along the way. The boys gained so much from it, and it was a joy to see them so engaged and curious. We loved it so much we even tried to stay an extra night! Truly a warm, welcoming, and unforgettable place to stay with kids — we’ll treasure the memories

How to start?? I would highly recommend Charles' place! When you get there and go up the stairs, you might think it's not going to be good. However, when you open the door you'll be taken back as to how beautiful his place is!! I felt right at home! Charles had wine, milk, OJ, bread and eggs. The sleigh bed was not only comfy but so pretty. He had great darkening curtains which also serve as a divider from the living room. The shower was welcoming. If I come back to London, I'd stay at Charles' place!

We loved our stay in this immaculately converted barn. It is huge, plenty space inside for when it was raining. The pond and the jacuzzi were a real treat, and the games room was used by everybody. We loved our barbecues outside, overlooking the valley, listening to the chickens. And we couldn't believe we had breakfast with still-warm-from-just-having-been-laid eggs! We would have loved a dryer or a bigger outside drying rack for all our wet stuff, as we had a toddler with us, but that didn't spoil our fun. We will recommend this beautiful place to our friends!

We are all family of four, we really enjoyed our stay, the cottage is just as described both in the pictures and the listing details. the surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, the perfect get away! Rachel was very responsive and helpful. We all had a wonderful time and hope 5o be back soon!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The added luxuries throughout the house were a great touch. From the snack basket, to the toiletries and the barbecue supplies. Everything was easy to use and welcoming. The uniqueness of having exclusive and nearby access to a pool and hot tub in a small property was perfect for our young family. We can put the kids to bed and enjoy the amenities together while making sure the kids are OK - something not possible in hotels and other resorts. The space was great. Clean, well-stocked and had everything you'd need for a summer retreat. The combination of the pool, dog, BBQ, pizza oven and included games meant our kids thoroughly enjoyed their time - us too. Definitely a winning combo. Thanks for having us!

The flat is in a lively, well-connected area close to cafés, restaurants, and public transport. It offers great amenities and is part of a modern apartment complex built in 2023. The building’s concierge staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay.

Very welcoming host, met us right on time and gave us a tour of the cottage! Also a lovely touch that Hillary left a few farm eggs for us so we had them for breakfast! Good location, all amenities were as described, a few shops near by (5-10 mins drive) so we had a good holiday just switching off for a few days! A few recommendations for pubs as well - we picked the Foxham which we really liked! The only improvement I’d say would be that it would be good to have an option of a blind/curtain for the front door/window.

Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Bianca und Devin waren sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Jede Frage wurde sofort beantwortet. Wir hatten einige nette Gespräche und würden jedem die Unterkunft empfehlen. Sie liegt ca. 20 Minuten vom Hither Green Bahnsteig entfernt, ist absolut ruhig gelegen und hat alles was man für die Urlaubstage braucht. Der schönere Weg durch den Park verkürzt dabei etwas die Zeit. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hat ein sehr bequemes Bett, Schiebefenster die sich komplett öffnen lassen. Wir haben direkt am Fenster, mit Blick in die Garten täglich gefrühstückt. Das war wirklich sehr schön. Außerdem sind alle Artikel zum Duschen, Wäsche waschen, Handtücher, Spülmittel, Föhn, Waschständer, Kaffee und Tee vorhanden. Es war schöner als erwartet und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen um die tolle Stadt London zu erkunden. Vielen lieben Dank Bianca und Davin

Pat’s place was perfect for the last leg of our London trip. Spacious and clean 2bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with elevator access. Being in Notting Hill you’d naturally want to go out and explore but Pat’s place was so nice that we were also tempted to hang out longer in the living room with the balcony. I would 100% stay here again and honestly wish we could have stayed longer.

Excellent location for O2 events and site seeing in London. The location was not busy, quiet day and night, with a light city buzz of traffic and trains in the background. It felt very safe and secure. Flat was clean, tidy, and everything you'd expect it to be and more. Hosts were lovely and very accomadating. If you are driving in there is a bonus of free secure parking nearby, so do check with the host for availability before booking your own. Plenty of transport options also, DLR (Royal Victoria), Underground (Canning Town), IFS Cable Car over Thames, and Uber Clipper boats. If you do need to be other side of river e.g. O2, getting an Uber Clipper Boat, North Greenwich underground, would recommend the Cable Car there is 10 one-way journeys for £17 per person. If you're looking for a few nights in London, I would definitely recommend this.

This place was exceptional! I stayed for just over a week and it was perfect. The apartment came with everything you would need and was spotless. The building is well designed and felt very safe. The location is great, very central, close to shops, restaurants and the tube. Darran was incredibly helpful, very responsive, and proactive. Checking in and out was super easy. I highly recommend this place, and would definitely look to stay again!

Oh my goodness, this place is absolutely incredible! Words can’t even begin to describe how magical it is. The location is absolutely stunning, like something out of a postcard. After needing a quick place to stay in central London, Asta's property was immediately available close to Westminster. As soon as I booked immediately I was sent clear precise instructions for checkin, to the lengths of even sending you tube videos with walkthroughs (very handy) On arrival the property was as described (much bigger than I thought) very clean!! The cinema rom was awesome! Property is light and airy, fresh linen, kitchen utensils and crockery also. If you were short on anything some clear instructions on local places (convince store around the corner) Checkout was as simple as checkin, and the communication from the host was exemplary. Will definitely be booking again.

We had an amazing stay. The flat is gorgeous and in a great location! Great locals bakeries and cafés!
