I had an amazing stay at this beach rental house! The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of fun in the sun. The house was spotless and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The host was exceptionally responsive and made sure we had everything we needed, from check-in to check-out. We appreciated the thoughtful initial items provided, which made settling in so easy. The location couldn't have been better—just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants, making it so convenient to enjoy everything the area has to offer. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic beach getaway!

Beautiful ocean front home with plenty of space for our large group. Very quiet community with beach access that felt almost private. Close proximity to restaurants and coffee shops with a short drive to the Carolina Beach area. The host was responsive and helpful prior to check-in and facilitated an early arrival. I think it’s important to note the only free parking is a two-car garage that can hold up to two midsize SUVs. There is not a driveway; therefore, if you have a bigger vehicle, plan to park on the street and pay daily parking fees. We will definitely plan another visit in this property.

Our stay was more than what we expected! Ty was responsive, helpful and accommodating. The views were so beautiful! The boys loved fishing on the dock. They caught lots of fish and crabs! The beach was just a short walk away. Definitely recommend staying and we would love to come back for another stay!

We are in the restaurant business and love to cook! The kitchen is the best part of the house! Fully equipped, better than any homes we have rented! The location is fabulous. Seconds from campus which was key because we were visiting our daughter who goes to UNCW… Thanks again for a wonderful trip to Wilmington.

We had a great overnight stay at April’s. The place was as described and perfect for my family of 4. The girls especially enjoyed the bunk beds and Jenga. The main bed was comfortable and I appreciated the small touches like extra shampoo and conditioner. The location is an easy drive to the beach or downtown. The self Check-in was very simple. We would definitely stay here again.

I feel fortunate every time I get to enjoy Timothy's Beach Adjacent home when I visit Wilmington. It's always well supplied, very comfortable, peaceful and thoughtfully designed! Cheers to Timothy: another very enjoyable stay and another job well done!

Sarah was a very attentive host! She gave us great local recommendations and was always responsive. They even replaced the record player so my teens could listen to them. Would highly recommend staying here!

We had a lovely stay at Tonya and Andrew’s place! They were incredibly friendly and welcoming to us and our pups. The house was quiet, clean, and peaceful, with places to hang out inside, on the screened-in porch, and in the fenced yard. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and provided local recommendations. Great location, as well! We walked to the beach and to nearby restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

This place is wonderful, love the location of the Airbnb because we were able to walk pretty much anywhere. The place was super nice had everything we needed and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. 10/10 awesome place. Definitely will come back.

great spot, super convenient to everything but very peaceful neighborhood

From the moment we walked through the door we felt at home. The location was exactly what we wanted, equal distance between Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach, short drive to all our favorite Wilmington spots, yet tucked away in a lovely quiet spot. The home was clean, comfortable, creative, and fun! All the amenities and extras were fantastic, and the kitchen was so well stocked that we skipped the restaurants, went to Seaview, and cooked up delicious fresh seafood for ourselves! By far our best Wilmington trip, Renato and Anne really have created a special place (Pinot Noir and the goats were an extra special bonus), and we're so grateful.

This was our first Airbnb experience since selling our timeshare last year. Andres & Emily made everything easy! Great check in and check out instructions. The condo was very clean, with all of the amenities they listed in their description. The bed was clean and comfortable and the living room was nicely decorated with a couch, coffee table and television. Highly recommend eating at Island Burger and Pops Diner, which are nearby. The boardwalk was only 2 blocks over. I also found a beautiful starfish necklace (I've been looking for a nice one for awhile) at a boutique called Salty Chic...very cool store located in the Publix shopping center. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and would also highly recommend Andres And Emily's condo, especially for a couple.

We had a great week long vacation! The pool was a hit with the kids, the house was clean and big enough for the two families who vacationed together. Diana was wonderful and responsive. I would absolutely stay again!

Very nice place to stay. Clean and had everything needed to cook if you chose to. Enjoyed sitting on the balconies in the morning and evening. Appreciate that it was a pet free space. Just be prepared to conquer the steps multiple times a day.

The place was as described. She also let us know that they had a cancelation and asked if we wanted to stay an extra couple of days. Great location and the privte pool was awesome. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it for anyone.

Cute place to stay! Loved being able to sit on the porch and listen to the ocean throughout the day. It was a quiet part of the area which was great for relaxation. It had everything we needed for our stay and I would come back here again!

We stayed with my parent and family including 17 months old baby. The yard and the pool was amazing and even bigger and more beautiful than the pictures!!! We did not used the kitchen or grill but they were there and very clean. The place was close to Harris Teeter or many good restaurants include our favorite Cardinal. Would I stay here again when we come to Wilmington to stay; DEFINITELY!!! Thank you for this beautiful place.
