I feel fortunate every time I get to enjoy Timothy's Beach Adjacent home when I visit Wilmington. It's always well supplied, very comfortable, peaceful and thoughtfully designed! Cheers to Timothy: another very enjoyable stay and another job well done!

For us, this was a great stay, beginning to end. Michael was very responsive from the very beginning when I first reached out to him about his property. I grew up in Wilmington, but sadly our reason for being in town was for my dad’s funeral. The house is such a cute floor plan, very modern style. It has just enough furniture but without feeling cluttered. We didn’t use the loft area, but it is a really neat space. We had two large breed dogs with us and we had plenty of floor space for their beds and still be able to move around easily. The bed in the full bedroom sleeps really nicely. It’s on a quiet street, with more than plenty of space for multiple vehicles. Our dogs loved sniffing around in the fenced in part of the yard. It’s conveniently located to several major thoroughfares in mid-town Wilmington so getting around is easy. We also loved the PacMan game. Would absolutely stay again!

This was our third stay with Tony and as always, the whole process was seamless and stress free. He made sure we had all of the instructions we needed for check in, using the property and check out. It’s especially nice to be able to bring our dog with us and have a nice fenced area to use. Our stay was wonderful as always and we’ll be back for Christmas vacation.

The house is in a great location, convenient to the downtown attractions without the city noise. Thank you for the extra touches, snacks and bottle of wine. Fantastic for the dog to have the fenced back yard and we found the bed very comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

Loved my stay here! The house was super cute and cozy, in a quiet, walkable neighborhood close to downtown Wilmington. The host was friendly and very responsive—highly recommend!

We love the location and even though it is close to a main road it is still private and comfortable. The fenced yard is perfect for your dogs with plenty of space for them to stretch. The back deck is comfortable as well. The inside of the house is exactly as shown, it is comfortable and quiet , the big screen TV is perfect after a a busy day in Wilmington. You can walk to Whole Foods , shopping or just around this neighborhood. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming and enjoy visiting with you and your dogs . The gardenias and magnolias were in bloom and lent a light sweet smell. We would definitely stay at Esthers Garden again.

We loved being so close to the beach, the pool, and the pier. Pier bar drinks and service were great! We recommend the Bahama Mama and The Painkiller. The condo was very clean and inviting. The deck was perfect for our morning croissants and fresh fruit with coffee. We enjoyed watching the waves and listening to seabirds as they soared above the sea. Just a short drive to the Boardwalk gave us some great shopping and restaurants. We recommend Britt’s donuts. Don’t buy just one -cash only! Matthew was the perfect host! He answered my questions quickly and checked in to see if we needed anything. Perfect week for us to rest and relax!

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean, well stocked, and as comfortable as beach furniture can be. Great location, pool was very relaxing. Robin was a great host. Be cautioned that there are not 2 full bathrooms. There are only two toilets, one sink, and one shower. Don’t pack much because the stairs are a bear.

Location, location, location…walkable and affordable best of both worlds. Recommend renting bikes from shady rentals to get to the beach quickly without the hassle of parking.

We had a wonderful weekend stay with family at this beautiful home. We loved spending time at the beach and then coming home relaxing by the pool. Having pool towels provided was a great bonus! Alex and Lexi were very responsive and reassuring when we reached out about a few cleaning issues we noticed. Overall, it was a great experience — highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxing weekend getaway with a pool!

We really enjoyed our stay as we were looking for a place that was central to all of the activity and shopping, and boy did this fit the bill. Very clean and comfortable and our host Summer was incredibly responsive. We drove into the historic district, parked within 200 feet from the apartment with the pass provided, and did not have to drive again until we checked out to leave. This place is right in the sweet spot for everything going on there including all the dining and shopping.

Great stay. The houseboat was beautiful, pristine and easy to get to and from parking. The balcony was peaceful and all the amenities were there as advertised. Highly recommend staying here. The staff was responsive, easy to reach and friendly! 5/5 stars

This stay was perfect!!! It was exactly as advertised and in such a great location.

Location is great and the unit had everything we could need. It is a bit on the small side (think hotel room/small studio) but we were out enjoying the town all day and didn’t hang out in the room much. Parking pass came in so handy and Jess was very quick to respond with any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

One of the nicest Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The location was perfect… close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. The space was modern, spotless, and clearly well cared for. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

Can’t recommend this little spot enough! Corner lot which is perfect so it’s semi-private! We took our dog with and although the fence was low we just kept him on leash when letting out! Easy easy walk to downtown and historic area - river walk. Totally a fine drive to beach - no problems at all. Simple parallel and back of house parking. Beds and linens were so dang comfy!

This is a fabulous place to spend a few days/nights in downtown Wilmington, and the location is just amazing. Looks exactly like the photos, and within easy walking distance to numerous places to eat, drink, and shop. The hosts and locals are super-friendly, and daily rate parking was convenient in the lot behind the property. The kitchen is equipped with a French press and electric kettle for coffee and tea, plus a toaster oven for quick re-heating of your restaurant leftovers. Full size appliance are also in the unit. Two comfy bedrooms with amazing natural light and ample closet space are upstairs, along with a full bath and washer/dryer closet. A cute half bath is downstairs, convenient to the kitchen, dining, and sitting areas. A small private patio with seating is a great place for morning coffee and some natural vitamin D. This is one of my favorite AirBnB stays, and I’d definitely return.

Quite literally there is Nun Better place to stay in Wilmington if you are a couple who wants to bring their doggo along for a fun little getaway. Our stay was perfect! Monica was an amazing host and made us feel right at home with a lovely welcome basket, dog treats, and more. The neighborhood is lovely to stroll and being walking distance to amazing coffee shops and dinner is a huge perk. Anything you could want is at the house, including beach towels and chairs, as well as all the kitchen supplies (and Tupperware containers! Literally always wishing airbnbs had that). Loved that Phoebe had a large yard to play in while we sat on the porch. I’m already excited to go back, could not recommend it enough!!
