Holiday rentals with a patio in Riverfront, Wilmington

I hope other hosts I've stayed with don't see this review because Cathy was by far one of the best and most a welcoming hosts I've ever stayed with! Her place was immaculate and very homey, not to mention a perfect location only a few blocks from downtown, but just far enough to still be in a quiet neighborhood. 10/10, would stay again (and probably will!)

Sandy's studio room was very comfy and helpful. My wife and I were traveling around Wilmington most of the day but this was a great place to come back to and rest after the long day. She was very helpful in providing tips around the area as well. The magnetic dart board was a fun touch as well! Great trip! great host! would come back again!

Everything was perfect and I truly enjoyed my time here. The house is clean, tidy, and well-equipped with everything you might need. And for One Tree Hill fans — this place is a gem! It’s within walking distance of the iconic bridge shown in the show's opening, which was such a special treat. You can also take a lovely walk to the pier, where you’ll find several charming coffee shops. Highly recommended for a peaceful and cozy stay in Wilmington!

We spent a beautiful and relaxing week at Wendy & Jeff's Seascape. The place is EXACTLY like the photos, the view from the balcony is a dream!! Waking up to the ocean sounds every morning is something we will never forget. The apartment is very well-stocked with all the items you need to enjoy the beach, clean up afterward (lots of hot water and good shower pressure!) and cook a delicious meal (plenty of kitchen gadgets). Very easy to walk around the neighborhood, up to the pier for quick eats, or less than a mile to the little mini-mart. Parking is easy. Area is safe. The pool area across the street was clean and fun too! The hosts gave excellent, clear instructions for arrival/departure and even checked in on us via the app during our stay. Jessica’s little apartment was so cute and just what I needed for an overnight stay. It was very clean and very peaceful. She was also very flexible with the timing of checkout and was very accommodating!

This location was amazing. I will agree with others that it does get loud at night but that didn’t interfere with my experience. It was so nice to have a place convenient to walk my dog. We encountered an issue (outside of the host’s control) and they were swift at getting involved and getting it resolved. The communication was fantastic!

What a great location that checked all the boxes for our stay. Beach, restaurants were in walking distance or just a short ride away. We would definitely come back to Erin's place if in the area.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was beautiful and clean in a quite neighborhood. It was well stocked with all the necessities. Sam was responsive and welcoming. The home is close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. We would definitely stay again when visiting the area!

We just returned from a week stay at Helen's "Green Cottage" and it was everything we expected and more. The property was very clean and stocked well with paper products, coffee, etc. The filtered water in the kitchen sink was a bonus. Location was perfect - a very short (5 minute) walk to historic downtown Wilmington with plenty of restaurants, entertainment, bars, riverfront, etc. We definitely plan to stay here again on our next visit!

Quite literally there is Nun Better place to stay in Wilmington if you are a couple who wants to bring their doggo along for a fun little getaway. Our stay was perfect! Monica was an amazing host and made us feel right at home with a lovely welcome basket, dog treats, and more. The neighborhood is lovely to stroll and being walking distance to amazing coffee shops and dinner is a huge perk. Anything you could want is at the house, including beach towels and chairs, as well as all the kitchen supplies (and Tupperware containers! Literally always wishing airbnbs had that). Loved that Phoebe had a large yard to play in while we sat on the porch. I’m already excited to go back, could not recommend it enough!!

The home was just perfect for our weekend stay with another couple. We booked this back in December. We had tickets to see Alison Krause for an early bday gift for my husband. We went with our friends and the location could not have been any better. We never had to use our car. Walked everywhere. Quin is a great host. Very responsive with questions and messages. It’s a quiet location, one block to the river walk , can’t ask for anything more. We will be back !

Beautiful home that is neat and nicely decorated. It is well appointed/stocked and includes everything you need for your stay. It is in walking distance of downtown Wilmington so you can easily visit the restaurants and shops but also in a quiet neighborhood if you want peace and relaxation. The sitting area in the back is wonderful to start the day with a cup of coffee. You could spend hours walking the area between the location and downtown looking at the architecture and historic homes in the area.

Tina was super helpful during our stay and made my first time away from home with a baby and absolute breeze! The location was far enough from restaurants that you didn't have all the hustle an bustle of downtown, but still close enough to grab something if we wanted to! The beach was beautiful and just a few steps away from the parking lot!

My husband and I came down for a quick couple days get away, and it was a perfect place to stay! Convenient to everything, steps from the beach, and very private and quiet. We enjoyed taking a dip in the pool after spending a couple hours on the beach! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful view of ICW and ocean from your own personal deck! The deck furniture got an upgrade and are two Adirondack high chairs (comfy!) but no table. Only a mile away from the downtown area of Carolina beach, perfect if you love a little bike ride to get to breakfast or dinner. About 20-30 min to downtown Wilmington. Very short walk to the beach, easy to pop back for lunch or the bathroom. Host gave excellent recommendations for local events and restaurants. Provided ample soaps, towels, and detergent. AC worked great and they had an extra fan for the bedroom with darkening blinds. Recommendations for other guests: If you plan to cook know that the kitchen has VERY BASIC kitchen tools/supplies. Beach chairs were Tommy bahama (woo!) but umbrella was broken and other guests haven’t taken good care of other supplies. Bed has a memory foam topper and I’d suggest bringing your own pillow, they have super thick or super thin.

This stay is just what our family needed! The location was beautiful, and the beach is walking distance which was amazing! Our family made so many memories! We hope to be back someday :)

This great Station One condo was just what my family needed for our stay in Wrightsville! The surroundings are beautiful, and the property is easily walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, and a favorite boutique. Payton’s place is just as pictured — clean and neat, with a lovely view. When we had a question, it was promptly answered. We had a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic. It is just 1 block off the beach with shopping, bars and a grocery store just steps away. The bridge to go into Wilmington was very close and convenient. I was so impressed with everything that was stocked for us...extensive kitchen utensils, a full coffee/tea bar, paper towels, cooler, beach chairs/towels, a bag of ice, etc. We had everything we needed. The shower was wonderful. It was very clean, and communication was great. The outdoor deck was fantastic. We spent most of our time there. I highly recommend!
