Our stay was comfortable & enjoyable. The hosts are very helpful & accommodating. Location was within walking distance of plenty of restaurants & cafes. Would certainly stay here again.

We had the most amazing stay. The location is right on the beach/boardwalk and steps to a Newport Pier. We walked to great restaurants/coffee every morning. No need for a vehicle! The units were spotless, updated and well stalked with supplies. We will definitely be back!

Staying here every time we come to LA! Spot is perfect for 2 people, there’s tacos across the street and plenty of stores/restaurants in the area. It’s LA - of course you’re gonna see some sh*t but I felt safe and comfortable both times I stayed here, even without my partner. Great host!

The place was great! Despite the protests downtown, the location was great! We were out of the way from most of the crowds and traffic that came with the protest and were still within walking distance to some great places! (Crypto, Peacock Theatre, Grand Central Market, etc.). Dan was very responsive and even helped with a great 420 suggestion! Like the listing states, you must be ok with what comes with being downtown to really enjoy the beauty of it all. We will be back!

As a solo female traveler felt very safe at Tyler's place. Great communication, location and amenities. I didn't have a car and getting around was easy and walkable or, catching the bus right in front to and from the airport or anywhere was easy. Wished I could of stayed longer.

absolutely amazing stay. probably the coziest place you'll find. very safe neighborhood. easy parking. so much to do and so many stores close by that the location is unbeatable in convenience. not far away at all from all the main attractions either (beach, Disneyland, etc) while still maintaining a quiet peaceful environment. you won't regret booking!

Great experience, lots of nearby shops. Had no issues checking in, lots of accessible necessities.

It is a great place to stay, especially considering getting a private space for your group, the safe parking spot for your car etc. The place is very similar to described in the listing and was very clean, with all the basic amenities needed for one's stay. One thing to keep in mind, it is towards the east side of LA and if you are planning to visit LA as a tourist, then all the tourist spots is a bit of drive from here. But overall, great experience.

The place was beautiful, there was a lot of pretty plants around the private patio which made it nice to sit outside. The inside was super spacious and beautifully set up, and the beds were really comfortable. My family enjoyed our stay here and we recommend it for anyone looking for something private and comfy.

Absolutely loved it here. The home was beautiful, clean, and cozy. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were quick to respond to any questions. Everything was exactly as pictured, and the location was perfect. Highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again.

Our family had an AMAZING time here! We truly could not have found a better spot. The backyard is incredible, full of so much charm and had beautiful views! The pool is wonderful and so refreshing (we opted to heat it and glad we did as it was ideal for swimming in the morning and evenings as well). There is also a covered cabana area with chairs and a fireplace - this was a great place to duck out of the heat for a bit, to chat and play cards and relax. They even have a fun game room where my kids played pool (you can also play ping pong). The bar/grill area is pretty big with additional seating and also has a tv (which my husband loved so he could grill and watch golf ;) This place had it all! We truly had a fantastic time here and Justin was amazing as well - he was super responsive and answered all of our questions very quickly. Great host, great place - it was perfect! We had an awesome time and would love to come back again soon!

I really enjoyed staying here. It was my first time in California and I felt the location was ideal for restaurants, beaching, and most importantly- relaxing. Condo was beautiful, clean, and worth every penny. Jay communicated clear instructions of how to get into the condo. It felt safer with there being a gate and security. We really loved being able to take our pets and the condos having places to take them out was super convenient. The condo amenities were such a plus. Overall, I recommend staying here and enjoyed our time tremendously.

Great location - we wanted to stay near our son. Walked every morning to get great cup of coffee. Super workout facility. Covered parking spot ✅ also was able to get some laundry done in the middle of our long trip. Would stay again!

Chandra was very quick in responding and very sweet! She did what was needed to make you feel at home. She also had procedures in place to help in the case you are allergic to cats, as I am, and if you follow them, you will not have any issues! Would definitely book again in the future.

Can’t beat the price for what you get!!! Host was extremely accommodating allowing for an earlier check in time, extra towels, and being open to more guests. Clear instructions were given the day before our check in and everything was easy to find and to check in. Super fast response times and always super friendly!! Condo was exactly as pictured! The pull out couch wasn’t available but the air mattress was very comfortable!! Clean sheets and bathrooms! Kitchen was very nice as well!! The rooftop patio was amazing with a great view of the city line and the hollywood sign. The location was near lots of attractions (10-20min drive) such as the hollywood hike entrance, griffith park/observatory, Universal Studios, and the hollywood walk of fame. The drive to Santa Monica pier was ~45-55min with traffic. Small downfall is the door does not have a deadbolt lock - it only has the code lock to lock the door, but I would 100% come back and stay here again because it still felt very safe!! :)
