All tile bathroom with European shower glass, subway tiles, rain showerhead with optimal water pressure This unique place has a style all its own.

No Cleaning Fee * The Charm House * Cozy Studio

No cleaning fee! Central to Salt Lake and Provo/skiing. SMALL STUDIO (cute but very SMALL bathroom) Best for travelers/professionals. Because of size it is NOT well suited for locals, honeymooners or staying “in” all day. If extra cleaning is needed a fee may be assigned. NO shoes inside. Separate entrance but shares walls with host/other guests. Expect household “motion” (Hotel type…but cleaner and cuter!) No Pets or children. Large vehicles may find parking tight. *Wall bed w/queen mattress.

There are hiking trails right across the street and Golden Hills Park within walking distance. Visit Utah's Hogle Zoo, Park City or historic Temple Square, all just a short car ride away.

Brand New queen sleeper sofa! This cozy basement apartment boasts all the comforts of home and a stylish designer look. It has reasonably close proximity to the mountains, ski resorts, LDS temples, USANA Amphitheater, Hale Center Theatre, Mountain America Expo Center, America First Field, and Salt Lake City center. The full, eat-in kitchen allows you to cook if you choose. We continue to add requested appliances for our guests.

We are 10 minutes to I-15 providing easy access to many Utah County attractions & businesses. We are just 35 minutes to either Provo or Salt Lake.
