Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Riviera di Levante

What a pleasant stay in Nervi. The terrace was so relaxing with the gentle breeze we didn't even need the A/C (in June)...The host was thoughtful in how they decorated and provided for the needs of the guest. So pleasant to walk from Marina to the Nervi park with the wonderful rose garden, using the oceanside broad walk. The tunnel to access the walkway is right near the entrance of train station which is a 5 minute walk. So easy to hop on the train to Cinque Terre or to Genoa city proper. The apartment was in a great location walking by foot for 3 minutes to fruit/veggie market, grocery store, and bakery. Would definitely come back, if we had extra days we would just lounge on the terrace and watch the ships sail by. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

Luca è stato un host fantastico, attento ad ogni nostra esigenza e sempre proattivo nel darci consigli/supporto. La casa si trova nella posizione perfetta per soggiornare a Camogli, vicinissima al porto e alla passeggiata, con una vista unica appena uscito dal portone e con ampi spazi esterni. All’interno è dotata di tutti i comfort e soprattutto di un box! Semplicemente perfetta! Ci torneremo sicuramente

Was a lovely place to stay right in the centre of the old town of Lucca with a beautiful view of the Basilica out the window. Was very handy to restaurants and shops. Any questions I had were answered quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone heading to Lucca.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso nell’appartamento di Angelo. Lui è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, facendoci sentire subito a casa. L’appartamento si trova in una posizione perfetta, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e vicinissimo alle vie del centro. È spazioso, curato e perfetto per una famiglia. Tutto è stato davvero impeccabile, non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

Ci siamo sentiti a casa, super accessoriata e pulita anche per noi che con due bambini piccoli e abbiamo esigenze particolari. In ottima posizione vicino al mare, al centro, e parchi gioco per bambini. Alessandro e Barbara super disponibili. Super consigliato se ci sarà occasione ci torneremo molto volentieri

We stayed there as family of 5 and it was perfect. 3 single beds for the kids and a Queen bed. It had a full kitchen where we could cook. It was a 5 minute walk to a big park with a fun fair and bikes for hire. It was a 10 minute walk to the beach. Pisa and Lucca is 30 mins which we visited. There is a car park for a small/medium car which was handy for us. Elia was very responsive and had little extra things in the house like water, milk and some snacks. I also enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the birds. Lovely space, felt like home.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, die auch für Familien gut geeignet ist. Hochwertig und sauber, da ist alles dabei, was man im Alltag benötigt. Die Balkondusche ist der Hit, ist viel angenehmer nach einem Strandtag zu nutzen als die Innendusche. Die Klimaanlage macht den heißen Sommer super ertragbar. Sehr gute Lage sowohl zum Strand als auch zum Einkaufen. Viele Boutiques in der Nähe. Strand auch schnell erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Vi hade en underbar vecka i Simonas hus. Vi var två familjer på 10 personer och hade gott om plats i huset. Poolen var toppen . Villan var magisk! Vackert och varsamt renoverad med alla gamla detaljer bevarade. En njutning att besöka! Omgivningarna var vackra och lantliga med mycket berg, så bil är nästan ett måste. Då kan man enkelt ta sig till olika sevärdheter vid antingen kusten eller närliggande byar. Vi kan verkligen rekommendera Simona och huset som värd!

Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt, in der Umgebung findet man Strand, Läden und Restaurants. Sara hat uns herzlichst empfangen und bei Problemen innerhalb kürzester Zeit reagiert.

Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen inmitten eines Dorfes mit gastfreundlicher Nachbarschaft. Es ist komfortabel und besitzt eine umfangreiche Ausstattung. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt.

Reem had excellent communication skills and promptly answered all the questions I had about the space. He was able to accommodate 16 of us with no issue whatsoever and provided a beautiful breakfast and a place for students to get away for the weekend. Highly recommend booking with Reem if you’re looking for a place to explore around Cinque Terre. It is a 3 minute walk away from the train so explore was incredibly easy. Great Price too!

Było cudownie! Emily jest fantastyczna i pomocna. Nie mieliśmy samochodu i Emily poleciła nam lokalnego przewodnika który robił nam zakupy! Basen duży, czysty. Jacuzzi gorące. Przystanek na przeciwko domu. Robiłyśmy wieczór panieński, było nas 7 dziewczyn. Słuchałyśmy głośno muzyki. Dookoła nikogo nie ma, jest spokój i swoboda. Polecam serdecznie!

Location STUPENDA immersa nella pace dei monti liguri. Daniela e suo marito Mauro sono stati due host gentili, alla mano e super disponibili. L’arredamento è studiato in ogni dettaglio e ci ha fatto sentire come a casa, al sicuro. La piscina riscaldata è la parte migliore della casa, caratterizzata da luci soffuse e assoluta privacy. È stato un soggiorno breve (purtroppo) ma pieno di emozioni. Torneremo sicuramente durante l’inverno per poterci godere di nuovo la casa ma con un’atmosfera più Natalizia. Consigliamo vivamente!!

Casa indipendente con giardino molto spaziosa e confortevole, può ospitare comodamente fino a 4 persone. Il giardino è ben curato e l'alta siepe garantisce la privacy, se si ha un cane o semplicemente ci si vuole rilassare all'aperto è l'ideale. La sensazione è di essere a casa propria! Oscar e Laura sono 2 host stupendi, ci sono venuti incontro sull'orario di check in e check out, ci hanno mostrato i vari confort della casa stanza per stanza, ci hanno dato suggerimenti su come muoverci e cosa visitare nei dintorni. Nelle vicinanze ci sono Lucca, Camaiore, Viareggio...ma si possono fare anche delle camminate nella natura. Appena ne avremo nuovamente l'occasione ci ritorneremo!

Excellent accueil, l’hôte s’est rendue disponible à toutes nos attentes par messages. Logement impeccable, fonctionnel (il y a Netflix), spacieux. Je recommande à 1000% ce logement ☺️

Great place just couple steps from Pisa tower, the apartments it’s so modern and comfortable you can see the tower from one of the bedrooms it’s super convenient with everything so close including a public parking right outside the building.

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Sonia war eine gute Gastgeberin, sie war hilfsbereit und hat auf unsere Nachrichten immer schnell geantwortet. Check-In sowie Check-Out haben reibungslos funktioniert. Die Wohnung war so, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt und war sehr schön, besonders die 2(!) Balkone mit einem schönem Ausblick. Das einzige, was uns etwas gestört hat, war die Entfernung zum nächsten Bahnhof, zum Meer und damit zur nächsten größeren Stadt. An einem unserer Urlaubstage hat es leider unaufhörlich geregnet, da haben wir leider keine Beschäftigung in der Nähe gefunden. Jedoch kann man es sich auch an so einem Tag gut in der Wohnung gemütlich machen und eine der leckeren Pizzerien ausprobieren.

abbiamo alloggiato questo fine settimana ci siamo trovati benissimo..Armin molto disponibile,abbiamo avuto un problema ed è stato molto gentile nel venirci incontro cambiando le date del soggiorno senza farci problemi,alloggiocmolto spazioso molto pulito nel pieno centro di Savona,comodo a tutti i servizi anche come parcheggi tanti nelle vicinanze nn a pagamento.Armin disponibilissimo per qualsiasi cosa avevamo bisogno ci è venuto a prendere vicino a dove abbiamo parcheggiato xke nn trovavamo l'alloggio ti accompagna e ti fa vedere tt la casa w ri consegna le chiavi direttamente lui..alloggi super fornito anche x i bimbi con giochi da tavola e cartoni della disney play station con giochi..tutto super!!!!torneremo sicuramente appena possiamo!!!!Anche Savona molto bella da visitare!!!!

Séjour parfait ! Logement tout à fait fidèle à la description et aux photos : spacieux, aménagé avec goût et très agréable à vivre. Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits, nous étions 2 adultes. Nous repartons ravis de l'accueil que nous avons reçu de la part de Margherita et son mari. Ils se sont montrés charmants, très à l'écoute, disponibles et réactifs. Le gros plus de cette location est son parking, où nous avons pu laisser notre voiture en toute tranquillité. Nous avons circulé à pied et en bus. Il faut un peu marcher (10min pour atteindre le centre ville), avec des marches pour remonter, mais la vue et l'emplacement de la maison en valent vraiment la peine. Nous recommandons vivement la maison de Margherita. Nous la remercions encore pour tous ses conseils avisés, sa gentillesse et son enthousiasme communicatif pour nous faire découvrir sa région

Le logement est impeccable, bien situé et facile d'accès. Des commerces sont a proximité. Elisa est très réactive et est toujours prête à fournir des conseils pour rendre votre séjour confortable. Un super logement pour un séjour à Gênes !

Ali's place is right next to Pisa Tower/Miracle Square. It was quite easy to get to the place from airport. Ali was extremely responsive to questions and flexible for a late checkout. Though he had next guest coming over, he allowed us to leave our luggage till lunch. Apartment was clean and kitchen is well stacked with stuffs for cooking and dining. Number of restuarants, coffee shops, super markets and pharmacy just below the apartment.Greatly recommend Ali's place for anyone visiting Pisa focusing on the Tower tours. Wish we stayed little longer to explore other parts of the city.
