Ambiente e gusto nell’arredo curato nei particolari, ma molto umido nel periodo in cui abbiamo soggiornato Fornito del necessario. Host sempre reattivo. Posizione tranquilla, 20 min a piedi dalla stazione di La Spezia.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une petite maison d’un village perché dans les montagnes loin de l’agitation urbaine. Situé à 1h20 de la plage, et 1h environ des grandes villes elle est idéalement située. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, Sarah nous ayant donné des instructions claires pour accéder au logement. Le logement était rustique conformément à la description mais très bien équipé. La miscine bien entretenue et propre nous a permis de nous raffraichir les journées de canicule.

Cristiana ist eine sehr gastfreundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und wir haben uns gleich willkommen gefühlt. Das Haus ist sauber, gemütlich und wohnlich und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man brauchen könnte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus von Cristiana nur empfehlen.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus in Calambrone, Pisa. Der Check-in war super einfach – wir wurden vor Ort erwartet und freundlich empfangen. Das Haus sah genauso aus wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Der kurze Weg vom Haus zum Strand durch die Dünen war ein echtes Highlight. Barfuß, mit Badehose und Handtuch – mehr brauchte man wirklich nicht. Außerhalb der Saison war es angenehm ruhig, genau das, was wir gesucht hatten. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt war die gute Erreichbarkeit von Pisa. Mit dem Bus waren wir in nur 45 Minuten dort und konnten einen wunderbaren Tagesausflug genießen. Ein kleiner negativer Punkt war, dass Airbnb die Adresse falsch mit Google Maps verlinkt hatte. Das war jedoch nicht Christys Schuld, sie hat das bereits reklamiert. Fazit: Wer Strand, Sonne und Kultur sucht, ist hier genau richtig.  Wir können dieses Ferienhaus wärmstens empfehlen!

Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questa casa e non potrei essere più soddisfatto della mia scelta! La casa era esattamente come descritta, pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort. L’host è stato eccezionale! Gentile e disponibile, ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno, rispondendo rapidamente a ogni nostra domanda. All'arrivo ci ha anche lasciato un pensiero di benvenuto per la colazione del giorno successivo, un dettaglio che ho apprezzato molto. Consiglio vivamente questo Airbnb a chiunque cerchi un luogo accogliente, ben collegato con il resto della città e sopratutto gestito da un host disponibile e gentile.

Casa in contesto medioevale con una vista incantevole sulla valle. Zona super rilassante e fuori da ogni contesto di rumori auto e strade. Arredamento e accessori impeccabili. Ci si sente a casa propria da subito. Host gentile, proattivo sempre e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Consigliatissimo.

Perfect place in the middle of the old borgo. Lovely spacious house on 3 floors. Really nice. Giada was very helpful and respectful.

A beautiful house with everything you need. comfortable and warm. Great bus connections, close to supermarket and very walkable to lucca central. Comfortably accommodates 8 people, three bath rooms is a bonus . I would highly recommend.

La casa di Carmelo e Sara è davvero incantevole. Avendo due bambine piccole, abbiamo molto apprezzato sia la posizione comoda per muoversi anche a piedi sia per la tranquillità della zona. Se ci sarà occasione di tornare a Lucca, sceglieremo sicuramente la loro casa.

We loved all the beautiful original details and tall heights of ceilings in living room and bedrooms. We also loved the private garden and the seating area in kitchen. Amazing that this beautiful home and a three min walk from the center of town. Perfect location!

Super moment passé ici avec nos enfants/ados…lieu paisible, piscine au top avec vue superbe ! Logement lumineux et très agréable…on se sent comme chez soi, et le petit restaurant familial qui propose la spécialité du coin était très sympa ! Logement à recommander sans aucune hésitation !

Die Unterkunft ist eine absolute Empfehlung. Sie ist schön, sauber und funktional. Der Blick über die Hügel der Toskana ist atemberaubend und der Poolbereich ist einfach wundervoll. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist das mittlere von drei Reihenhäusern und wir hatten das Glück, dass wir die einzigen Mieter dort waren, also hatten wir die ganze Terrasse und den Pool für uns. Der Weg zur Unterkunft ist etwas schwierig zu bestreiten, vor allem mit einem großen Auto. Es lohnt sich aber auf jeden Fall! Alessandra ist wahnsinnig freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung (Natur, Städte etc) ist ideal für kleinere und größere Ausflüge.

Tutto perfetto! Casa bellissima, super apprezzati anche tutti i comfort. Purtroppo abbiamo trascorso qui solo una notte ma speriamo di poterci tornare presto. Grazie!!!

L’appartamento di Elena corrisponde alle foto. Tiziana, che si occupa dell’accoglienza, pulizia ed assistenza è sicuramente una nota positiva del soggiorno.

We had a very pleasant one week stay during our summer vacation. The apartment is excellent and we enjoyed the beautiful and secluded court yard. Samantha and her family were great hosts and always helpful. The AC units worked really well so we were able to get a good nights sleep despite the hot weather. Rivergaro itself is a very nice traditional village with good restaurants situated around the city plaza. We enjoyed several good meals sitting at one of the outside tables, feeling the town come alive as the sun set. If you enjoy seafood and excellent service, "Scrajo" is worth a visit. The city plaza is a short and easy walk from the apartment, so leave the car behind. There are also several good restaurants close by or in neighboring towns. I recommend visiting the village Bobbio which, in addition its historic center and famous bridge, also offers a good and safe spot to swim in the river, right below the bridge.

La casa é molto bella, pulita e curata. Ci sono due bagni e due stanze da letto, fantastica per un weekend di due coppie di amici o in famiglia. La zona é tranquilla e il parcheggio interno é molto comodo. La proprietaria é stata molto gentile e reattiva nelle risposte. Consigliato 👍🏻

L'appartamento è piccolo ma molto piacevole e confortevole perché lo spazio è stato sfruttato in modo perfetto con mobilia prevalentement in legno. La cucina è molto bene attrezzata e le pentole sono nuove e abbondanti, cosa rara negli alloggi! Il cortile davanti alla porta d'ingresso non è un granchè, mentre il balcone della camera gode di una belle vista aperta sulle montagne. Roberto è molto disponibile. Abbiamo solo dovuto chiarire un piccolo problema a proposito del costo delle pulizie che non erano indicate nell'annuncio, ma è stato risolto velocemente. Raccomando vivamente quest'alloggio.

Bellissima villa, comodissima al mare anche a piedi in 3 minuti. All interno c'è davvero di tutto per permetterti di trascorrere una vacanza serena! Bellissimo il giardino. Foto Realististiche, anzi dal vivo è ancora meglio. Ludovica e i suoi genitori sono persone estremamente cordiali e disponibili. Spero di tornare presto. Grazie!

We found a home away from home with this house. Not only was it spotless when we arrived but Alessandra had thought about everything from making the home smell wonderful to leaving some toys out for the kids. The house is immaculately thought out with lamps and bookshelves in the right places for example. We absolutely loved and lived in the garden with its shaded areas in the midday sun and warm evening light. Our kids felt right at home straight away which is something we haven’t ever experienced before. We will be back as we feel we’ve left a part of us there! Thank you Ale for everything! X

Très belle localisation avec une superbe vue sur la mer. Maison spacieuse, propre et bien équipée pour passer de très belles soirées en famille. Nombreux couchages mais à savoir qu’il y a deux chambres et pas trois, la troisième chambre étant au grenier, et une banquette lit dans le salon. Malgré la chaleur, nous avons pu utiliser un lit au grenier. Très bonne communication avec Agostino. Très bien placé pour aller sur les 5 terres, Sestri Levante et Portofino. Je recommande.
