What a pleasure to arrive in such a large, well-equipped, impeccable apartment, close to the city center while being quiet. Small touches that show that the owner is attentive to the well-being of their tenants and very clear information to arrive in the best conditions. Nothing is missing, everything is in perfect condition and the apartment is even bigger than what appears in the photo album. We had a wonderful week and will definitely stay there again. Really beautiful and spacious apartment. Kitchen was very well equipped. The only minor issue was that we would have preferred the bed to be a bit higher off the ground, but it was still very comfy and always had a good nights sleep. It's very easy to get into the city centre, and we enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood.

Very welcoming and friendly host! Was attentive to any request and need. Impeccable accommodation, tools, equipment, everything was available and on site. Although we can hear the cars passing mainly in the first bedroom and a little less in the second, for a short stay this is not a problem. I highly recommend this accommodation with its very nice little outdoor garden.

This place is very bright, peaceful & beautiful, tucked away in a quiet one-way street close by to the Place Keym. Guillaume was very helpful & responsive, making sure that everything was going well. I would highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful 4 ½ months in Oud-Heverlee and immediately felt at home. The café operations did not disturb us. Instead, we were able to enjoy the stunning terrace, which we had all to ourselves, especially in the mornings before the café opened at 2 PM. The surrounding nature is impressively beautiful. Many small lakes and great forests criss-crossed by small and large paths invite you to walk and cycle. The old town of Leuven can also be reached by bike in half an hour.

A very beautiful, large and fully equipped one bedroom. Loved the peacefulness and modern touches.. Had everything we needed for a week's stay.. Nice garden with outside dining and seating all for the guests....There's a lovely forrest 5 min walk and shops are very near and walkable.. Caroline is a perfect host.. The apartment is very well located in a quiet and convenient area for shopping, also there are plenty of art nouveau buildings! In the apartment there is everything you need and Renaud has always been attentive to any need. The hypercenter ("pentagon") is about fifteen minutes' walk, we hardly needed public transport. Highly recommended!

A good place for a short stay is perfect but since I spent a month it was not so useful for not having a washing machine and everything was very far away They were always very attentive to respond to the moment and what was requested was taken into account Bad thing is heard too many stairs and I for having a baby caused some bad times but it seems like a good place with comfortable bed a good living room with TV thanks for allowing us to be those days in your house

Great apartment, well equipped, clean and stylish. Beds were really comfy and close to shops and only a 20 minute walk from Grand Place. We especially enjoyed the sauna, great addition. Zawar was really helpful and made sure everything was okay whilst we stayed. Thank you for having us.

Very nice house, well furnished, with all the necessary comforts. Beautiful clean space. Jacuzzi and terrace is really a plus 👍🏻 with a beautiful view. Very nice welcome, no worries. Note that you are on a national road and therefore during the day, there is traffic noise😉. Recommended nonetheless!

Really beautiful place! Tastefully decorated, very clean, functional with all comforts. The kitchen and bathrooms are more than equipped. Lots of small touches are present in all rooms to make us feel really at home. Communication with Sarah goes very well, she responds quickly to our messages and tries to satisfy us as best as possible. We recommend ++++ and we will come back.

Our stay at Kosi Penthouse was amazing. The space is beautiful with great amenities. Our daughter loved the views from the hot tub and sauna.

NIce, spacious apartment with great lighting options and warm interior. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom (on the lower level of the apt) was spacious. Neighborhood is quiet while also having good access to trams, restaurants, and multiple supermarkets. Highly recommend!

Super nice accommodation! Very clean and tidy. Wonderful sauna. Good location. Flora was very helpful. A point of attention is the shower head that couldn't hang on anything. Furthermore, we enjoyed the apartment with our children.
