The house is centrally located in Hovin 350m from the convenience store, with hiking opportunities right outside the door, or 15 min drive to get to prepped ski slopes and mountains. Hovin is a village in Telemark belonging to the same municipality as the World Heritage city of Rjukan - a perfect location for a day trip! The driving time is 2h from Oslo, 1h from Kongsberg.

We rent the brewery/firehouse on the farm with large lawn at their disposal. Here children can play, kick football, etc. The house has kitchen, living room, sauna and bathroom on the first floor. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with capacity for six people in total. The first bedroom has two single beds. This bedroom you have to go through to get to the second, which contains a double bed, and two single beds. The house is rural. Opportunities for many activities nearby !!

Gausta can also offer sauna baths, paddle lanes, mini golf, nice barbecue areas and beautiful walking paths. Högfjällshotellet Gaustablikk also has a very nice restaurant.
