Lisa was very friendly and helpful. She communicated very well, providing us instructions on the exact location and recommendations of local restaurants.

Had a great stay here while in the OBX for a wedding, very easy to go in and out, parking was easy and was accessible to all of our wedding activities while also being quiet and peaceful.

Amy made sure to communicate regularly from the moment I booked. She made all instructions very clear and when I reached out with any questions she was quick to respond.

Had a great visit! Love the house and location! Will be back!

We had such a sweet and peaceful vacation because of Taramaries place! Not to mention how comfy those beds were! I didn’t want to leave! I appreciated all of the complimentary items as well as generously sharing beach chairs! I would highly recommend this place! It was just a 5 minute walk to the beach!

We do enjoyed our stay at Troy’s Lily Pad. The place was exactly what we needed for our short weekend!! Bed was great for restful nights. Troy even went above and gracefully came to our aid when we had issues with the key lock.. no problem with the key lock just the technology challenged user!! Please consider the Lily Pad if it suits your needs

They were truly great host, they had everything you needed in the place and was very clean and felt like home. we asked them if they had a tint for the beach and they let us use one and that was very helpful for us. She gave us some great suggestions for places and things to do, also gave us a perfect spot for the sunset right down the road. Also gave us perfect advice, She definitely went above and beyond to make us enjoy our time there. We will definitely be back and suggest other family to check this place out and enjoy the time there!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! It was very clean and the space was perfect for our family! The kitchen was updated and had all of the essentials. The balcony had a perfect view of the ocean! It was beautiful and I enjoyed drinking my coffee as well as watching the sunrise each morning! The condo was in a great location and central to everywhere we wanted to go at OBX! Katie was very responsive and helpful. We absolutely loved it and we may stay here again in the future!! 😊

Our stay at the Sit N' Duck was absolutely perfect! The residence is well laid out with amenities to make your stay as easy and care-free as possible. Mary and Larry provided everything we could have possibly needed, and the washer and dryer were a helpful additional touch. If we wanted a beach day, it was only a 2-minute walk to a very secluded and peaceful section of the beach with great views, the sound of the ocean, and pristine waves. We brought a small beach cart which was easily maneuvered out and down the beach access boardwalk, but if you're packing light it wouldn't be hard to carry everything for the short distance. Even in the rain, there are wonderful covered sitting areas to sit out and enjoy the rain as we read a book or just chatted. Additionally, there's no shortage of things to do nearby in a short drive up to Duck or down to Kitty Hawk or Kill Devil Hills. We couldn't have imagined a better trip to OBX and we look forward to hopefully staying again in the future!

We had a great time! Wonderful place to stay. Perfwct location Just wished the outdoor shower worked and we didn't see any beach towels.

Liz and Steve were phenomenal to deal with. The location was perfect, the place was beautiful, and it was very clean. Their communication with us was awesome as well. I will be looking to stay with them again!

We loved our stay at James’ condo. The location is away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to get to everything within minutes. The condo itself is directly across from the pool, which was perfect for us. Our kids loved walking around the marina and watching all the boats. The condo is updated, very clean, and had everything we needed. James was very responsive with any questions we had. We can’t wait to go back!

This place is a GEM! The apartment was pristine. Decor was cute and offered a relaxing vibe. We loved the black out shades option. Top to bottom I can’t say enough. Rachel had every thing you can imagine you may need, down to a sewing kit. She thought of it all. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. The area was exceptionally quiet but we rode our bikes daily about 15-20 min up to Duck to local restaurants and shops. The back road will take you to the walking/bike trail and keep you off the Main Street. The beach is literally a one min drive to the parking area, which we loved having access to the private entrance. I also genuinely loved the soaps and toiletry samples. We’d stay again in a heartbeat.

Christina was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She provided thoughtful touches like complimentary snacks and water, which was such a nice surprise after traveling. The amenities were fantastic - the hot tub and outdoor shower were absolute highlights that made the experience feel luxurious and relaxing. The location couldn’t be better - it truly is a 3-minute walk to the beach as advertised, and we loved being able to stroll to nearby restaurants without needing a car. Everything felt so convenient and walkable. The combination of Christina’s wonderful hospitality, great amenities, and an unbeatable location made this stay memorable. Absolutely phenomenal, 10 Star host!! Pat communicated with me throughout our booking and stay. During our stay we did have a few questions and she answered quickly. She has a convenient ice maker within the space and while we were there it broke. She immediately ordered a new one and was going to send Chuck to get us bags of ice until the new one arrived. We weren't worried about it but just the thought of them doing that was a plus! She met us at check-in and was very thorough explaining not just everything about the space but also a whole lot about the area, places to go, things to do and such. Both Pat and Chuck are extremely friendly and easy to talk to!! All the extras she included for us was absolutely amazing! She truly thinks about her guests and we could tell it's not just a money thing for them! Just as described, the beach is literally about 100 steps away and so totally enjoyable!! We will definitely be staying at Heathsville OBX in the near future! Thank you so, so much!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We felt right at home and the space was perfection for a quiet getaway that also had local options for good food and fun! The location was extremely clean and had amenities that were super useful (like a roomy closet and table trays!) Also, the room smelled amazing every single time we walked inside! Hosts were communicative and gave clear instructions for check-in and check-out. We would definitely stay again!

The location of this Airbnb was perfect and Gia the host provided ample recommendations and helpful information making our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. The accommodations were just like the pictures, very clean, and the hot tub was amazing. Would love to stay here again on our next visit to OBX.

Location was great and located a short distance to just about anything you could imagine. 10/10 would recommend and we will definitely be staying here again if we come back to the OBX.

Such a great location and apt. Super cute and lots of kitchen equipment for making something at home or reheating leftovers. Close to downtown Manteo which was super fun. Love the beach island vibes of it all. The property is awesome. Very dog and kid friendly.

Beautiful place to stay near the beach without needing to be ON the beach. Cozy, relaxing space to unwind after time in the sun. The hot tub is just an added bonus we all enjoyed!
