Holz und natürliche Materialien geben der Wohnung einen besonderen Charme.Die Ferienwohnung Schwalbennestverfügt auf 65 m² im ersten Stock des sanierten Seitengebäudes der Buschmühle über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbet (einzeln möglich), ein Schlafzimmer mit Einzelbetten (zusammen möglich) und einen Wohnbereich mit integrierter Küche und einem kleinen Bad mit Dusche/WC. Die Küche ist mit einem Ceranfeld, Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Toaster und Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet.Für unsere Gäste steht ein WLAN kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Falls Sie einen Kinderhochstuhl benötigen, sprechen Sie uns bitte an.Bitte beachten Sie das alle Wohnungen Nichtraucher-Wohnungen sind und keine Haustiere mitgebracht werden können.

Flat in the old “Ponitzer Mühle” - mill

The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

A bakery is nearby. You can park for free directly on the premises.
