Dear guests, our apartment is so centrally located that you can be with us from the A14 motorway in 5 minutes. The airport can be reached in 10 minutes and so can the Leipziger Messe. The beautiful city of Leipzig (main train station) can welcome you by car via the A14 in 20 minutes. The Leipziger Zoo and the Redbull Arena as well as the "Völki" are about 10 minutes from the main train station. Our apartment is equipped for short and long-term bookings. 2 km away is the lake landscape for relaxing.

Flat in the old “Ponitzer Mühle” - mill

The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

Wir möchten euch gerne in unserer gemütlichen und im Grünen gelegenen Ferienwohnung im Ortsteil Pleißa begrüßen. Die Wohnung ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Durch die Nähe zur Autobahn A4 und A72 ist man schnell in sehenswerten Städten wie Dresden, Leipzig und Weimar, oder im wunderschönen Westerzgebirge. Die Chemnitzer City erreicht ihr mit dem Auto in ca. 15 min. Gleich um die Ecke gibt es einen schönen Spielplatz für die kleineren Kinder. Auf vielen Wanderwegen könnt ihr die Gegend erkunden.
