Duplex de 55m² avec balcon est doté d’une cuisine équipée, d’un salon avec couchage ( lit gigogne 2x90x200cm), une salle d’eau avec douche italienne, une chambre à coucher (lit 180x200cm) et d’un garage (parking pour voiture électrique). Unser über 175 Jahre altes ehem. Bauernhaus befindet sich in zentraler Ortskernlage von Queidersbach, genau gegenüber des parkähnlichen Dorfplatzes. Sie wohnen in einer Einraumwohnung mit Küche und Bad. Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs (Supermarkt, Bäckereien, Metzgereien, Apotheke, etc.) sind in wenigen Gehminuten rund um unser Haus zu finden. Frische Eier gibt's beim Bauernhof nebenan und ein kleiner Obst- & Gemüsemarkt findet jeden Samstag schräg gegenüber im alten Milchhaus statt.
