Our cozy house (about 60 m2) is idyllically located in Schesslitz right at the entrance to the beautiful Burglesau Valley. Here you will find not only a charming accommodation, but also the perfect starting point for hiking, biking or simply relaxing days in nature. In addition to its historic old town, Scheßlitz also offers you all the necessities of daily life. In a few minutes you can reach Bamberg, a UNESCO World Heritage City with a unique flair. We lovingly restored our old farmhouse in 2016. The indoor climate is pleasant because the whole house is equipped with wall heating and clay plaster. It is located in a small place with only a few houses and is particularly suitable for nature lovers and people looking for peace and quiet. Children will also get their money's worth. Unser Ferienhaus ist eine über 200 Jahre alte ehemalige Wassermühle in der Hügellandschaft der fränkischen Hassberge. Wo früher das Mehl für den Gutsbetrieb des Bundorfer Schlosses gemahlen wurde, finden heute bis zu 12 Gäste Erholung auf 250 qm im eleganten Salon, der offenen Küche mit gemütlichem Frühstückszimmer und 6 Schlafzimmern. Vom eigenen Garten blickt man auf das Schloss und seinen Park.

Due to the favorable location, it is possible to reach not only the World Heritage city of Bamberg, but also many sights of the region by car or bike. The Obermain thermal baths, Vierzehnheiligen and Banz Monastery are a few minutes' drive away.
