Cozy, quiet, comfortable apartment in the center of the large district town of Oschatz. 400 meters to St. Aegidien Church with tower apartment, to the town hall and to the Waagenmuseum. Die 2 Betten sind 1m breit und 2m lang , 1 Schlafsofa ist 2×2 m ist als 3.Bett sehr bequem. Wandern in den Weinbergen von Seußlitz , im Sommer im Naturbad Goltzscha relaxen und den nur 400 m entfernte Elberadweg nutzen machen Lust auf mehr . Parkplätze und 2 Fahrräder stehen kostenfrei bereit .Ihre eigenen Fahrräder sind auf unseren Hof sicher .

Um das gemütliche Haus ist ein schöner großer Garten. Haus und Garten stehen Euch komplett allein zur Verfügung. Das Haus ist vollständig eingerichtet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher liegen für euch bereit. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Freies WLAN ist vorhanden. Parken könnt Ihr auf dem Grundstück. Einkaufen circa 450 m entfernt.

Our modern furnished apartment is located in the old town directly opposite the Rossmann drugstore. From the apartment you can look at the beautiful Triebisch (river) and is very quiet despite the central location. In the immediate vicinity, all the sights in the city can be reached on foot. The S-Bahn station Altstadt is 5 minutes away. Parking in front of the door is subject to a charge of €5 per day, but if you drive 500 m further, it is free of charge.

In unserer mit Liebe sanierten und eingerichteten Gästesuite am Waldrand kommst Du zur Ruhe. Hier ist der richtige Ort zum Lesen, Schreiben, Meditieren, Kochen, zum Sternegucken, Pilzesammeln (Dörrautomat vorhanden) Hühnerfüttern, für Lagerfeuer, Waldspaziergänge und Tierbeobachtungen. Wer eine Zeit lang abschalten und die Natur genießen möchte, ist hier richtig. Der Ort eignet sich auch gut für etwas längere Auszeiten, etwa um ein Buch zu schreiben.

The guest apartment is located in the completely newly converted attic of our house. It includes a living area with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. The nearest supermarket is less than 1 km away and the bakery is only a 2-minute walk. If necessary, a bread roll service is possible on Saturdays. Riesa is located approximately midway between the cities of Leipzig and Dresden directly on the beautiful Elbe. The Elbe Cycle Path is about 3 km away.

It has a double bedroom, TV and desk on the upper floor, a small bedroom with single bed and sofa bed for one person and a small bathroom with toilet and sink. In the basement there is a kitchen (no dishwasher), living room with fireplace and TV, bathroom with shower and toilet. The garden invites you to relax. Children and pets are welcome!
