Cozy, quiet, comfortable apartment in the center of the large district town of Oschatz. 400 meters to St. Aegidien Church with tower apartment, to the town hall and to the Waagenmuseum. Apartment with a nice view from the 4th floor of a wilhelminian historic building just across a small park, 12 walking minutes from the Old City Centre, 500m from the trainstation and 300m from the Elbe River. The interior is nordic-elegant, with a small bedroom, living room with Couch (could sleep 2 more persons), small balcony, modern and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and a small corridor. The view from the apartment rewards the long stairs up to the 4th floor.

Small but nice!

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

Modern apartment in the old town of Meissen

Our modern furnished apartment is located in the old town directly opposite the Rossmann drugstore. From the apartment you can look at the beautiful Triebisch (river) and is very quiet despite the central location. In the immediate vicinity, all the sights in the city can be reached on foot. The S-Bahn station Altstadt is 5 minutes away. Parking in front of the door is subject to a charge of €5 per day, but if you drive 500 m further, it is free of charge.

In unserer mit Liebe sanierten und eingerichteten Gästesuite am Waldrand kommst Du zur Ruhe. Hier ist der richtige Ort zum Lesen, Schreiben, Meditieren, Kochen, zum Sternegucken, Pilzesammeln (Dörrautomat vorhanden) Hühnerfüttern, für Lagerfeuer, Waldspaziergänge und Tierbeobachtungen. Wer eine Zeit lang abschalten und die Natur genießen möchte, ist hier richtig. Der Ort eignet sich auch gut für etwas längere Auszeiten, etwa um ein Buch zu schreiben.

No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.
