The house is great! Everything is new, clean and well complete. Proactive and polite host! We will certainly rent more often!

Clean and organized environment. Check-in at the correct time, the reception at the house was very good. All guests were comfortable and satisfied. In addition to this, the support people who were in the house were fundamental, Eli and Diego were very helpful in everything! I recommend it.

Wonderful place and identical to the photos, in the middle of São Paulo but with a home vibe in the countryside. Claudia is an excellent host and very attentive.

We had a great stay at Claudia’s villa , it’s a gated community of 7 villas only , a prime location , close to everything, very secured and calm . The house was very relaxing and charming, and had everything we needed for cooking. We’ll come back whenever I’m in SP.

I have been an AirBnB fan and avid user for many years. Over the years, I have learnt that homes reflect so much about the host. Some homes just make you feel welcome and right at home. That's how I felt at Luciana's home. I felt right in the lap of nature, woke up to birds singing, banana trees in the yard were laden with fruits......it was such a peaceful place and yet everything was accessible. Luciana and Caco were the perfect hosts, they were there whenever I needed them and yet I had all the privacy. Loved my stay here.

Luciana's house is old but very comfortable. We were in a large group and we all slept comfortably. Conditioned air operated. Hot water shower. Clean pool. Cleaning of the house was great. Comfortable rooms and environments. Very familiar environment. Luciana had flexible check-in and checkout. You've always responded very quickly. It was very kind. Great cost-benefit.

Wonderful house where you can spend a weekend in São Paulo. Very spacious and comfortable, the garden is beautiful and the kitchen as well. Andrea was super kind and helpful in supporting us during check-in and stay, with tips about the city and the neighborhood. I highly recommend ❤️

We had a wonderful experience on this Airbnb! The house is even more beautiful than in the photos, the decoration is beautiful and super cozy and every detail was thought out with very good taste. Everything was very clean, and the house is fully equipped with new and functional appliances. The shower is excellent (strong, hot and relaxing!) and the house has a toilet and a main bathroom, as well as an internal garden. Location is also excellent, in a region full of bars, restaurants and cafes. All within walking distance. We would definitely go back and recommend with our eyes closed!

A gem in São Paulo, Gustavo and Rafa are super hosts: quiet, green and close to everything you need. Strong WiFi. As everywhere in São Paulo, you must remain vigilant still, as Brazil overall is not improving in terms of security.

I had a great stay! The place is small but incredibly cozy and well thought out. The bed is actually a high-quality mattress on the floor, and I was really impressed by how comfortable it is ( it feels like it has multiple layers and provides excellent support). I even asked the host about the brand because I slept so well! The sheets are top-notch, and there are plenty of pillows with different firmness levels to choose from. The compact kitchen has everything you need, and overall the space feels warm and welcoming. Daniel was a great host, very attentive and kind. I genuinely felt at home here. Highly recommended, especially if you value comfort and good sleep!

Perfect from beginning to end. The house is a delight, cozy, and exactly as described. Communication was quiet and effective at all times. The location of the house is a jewel. Lastly, and most importantly, it was very nice to interact with the two dogs in the house, Café and Canela. :)) I highly recommend it.

The house has 6 bedrooms and most of the rooms share a single full bathroom, take that in consideration, during weekdays the house is mostly empty but on weekends expect full occupancy. The kitchen is well equipped and everyone has its own space in the fridge. The rooms are quite small, just a bed and a desk so be sure you get one of the large rooms if available. Good WiFi, fully automated house (lights and doors), digital nomad friendly.
