Almost 300 m2 from 2021. It's just lovely and a beautiful house with a multi-purpose room in the basement where there's table tennis and an exercise area. It's our private house, which we only rent out occasionally. No guests without prior arrangement. There are three rooms, as well as a bed in the multipurpose room in the basement. Live close to the city in quiet surroundings. We live in a 2-family house on a residential street with friendly and helpful neighbors. It is quiet here, even though the big city is not far away. Approx. 20 minutes to get into the city. 8 minutes walk to the station. We stay in the apartment downstairs, so we can help if there is anything you need. The garden is cozy with fruit trees and hammock, and you are welcome to sit outside when the weather is good. There are shops nearby.
