The self contained building boasts, a double (UK standard) bedroom, shower room and kitchen/diner/sitting area. Large patio doors lead out to the decked area in the garden. 35 miles north of Highland capital Inverness.

The Hide is a super get-away for anyone travelling around Scotland on the NC500 or on your own adventure looking for a unique stay. Almost off-grid, it has a comfy bed, central woodburner and spectacular view. It's the perfect stepping stone towards the full off-grid experience, intended for people who are curious about living the off-grid lifestyle but also like to be able to charge their phone, boil a kettle and have a hot shower! The Stag Hut

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. The beautiful Stag Hut is situated within stunning Glen Urquhart with outstanding views, walks and beautiful scenery all around. The stag Hut has been created with a passion for the animal that often roams the fields that surround the shepherds hut. Beautifully decorated the hut has a double bed, fully equipped kitchen with a hob and microwave, it has its own bathroom, shower, toilet and sink. Towels and bedding all provided. Room for one Dog

In Sutherland you can enjoy fantastic beaches, distilleries, castles, golf courses, and much more.

Designed as a playful cross between a Zen tea house and Highland hunting lodge, Assich Zen Lodge is a luxury log cabin with Zen garden, created within the grounds - and using many of the stones - of an ancient ruined byre. Our quirky, cute shepherd's hut sits in a peaceful orchard next to our house, and near to an historic mill. It is ideal for one or two people and comes equipped with a comfortable double bed, a folding table, a small kitchen area with a microwave, kettle and toaster and a tiny private bathroom, with a hot shower. Outside, the decking provides a space to relax. The BBQ provides an option for dinner. Drinking water is from a tap on the side of the hut.

With views to the Dornoch Firth this light and airy, self-contained, one bed apartment is situated in a quiet and leafy no-through road serving a small number of residential properties. The centre of Dornoch and the Royal Dornoch Golf Club is a ten minute walk. The expanse of sandy beach and dunes is approximately, a fifteen minute walk. It is perfectly situated as a pit-stop for the NC500 or as a base to enjoy the hills, glens and coastline.

One of our pods named after our dogs. Take a seat on the deck with a cuppa or a glass and watch the world go by.
