Monthly Rentals in Rogers Park, Chicago

Anne’s place is a rare oasis not too far from the city. I was grateful for the tranquility her space provided, both inside and out. I arrived near 10pm, which was helpful in that I could tell that I wouldn’t have felt comfortable roaming the neighborhood at night, as a solo female traveler. In a sense, it was too quiet. During the day there was much more activity and I felt safe walking around. Do yourself a favor and go to Smack Dab two blocks away for a phenomenal breakfast. I would absolutely return and recommend Anne’s property.

This is the second time I stayed in the apartment. Everything was good as the last time. Good location and clean rooms. Would stay again in future visits if it is available.

We loved this stay!! It’s a beautiful apartment and is walking distance to a great coffee shop called charmers, as well as almost ON Jarvis beach! The hosts are very friendly and preach over communication and make sure that you have all of the information you need! They allowed us very early check-in had we needed it (I believe by 2pm!) and the apartment was spotless! Very comfortable bed and living area, plus an office if you’re visiting for work. This is a great part of Chicago, with most Ubers we took ending up around $20! There is ample street parking on Jarvis, especially with the beach entrance at the end of the street. We would recommend this space and these hosts to anyone and everyone visiting Chicago. They were so kind and organized and really made for a wonderful trip!

Chip and Lito's place is a dream! Spacious, clean, quiet, and convenient to restaurants, the "L", and the beach. Apartment is very well appointed, yet not cluttered. The shower is awesome! It was very nice to have a full kitchen, with coffee makers and dishwasher. I definitely plan to stay here the next time I visit Chicago!
