The chic apartment is the ideal base for enjoying Rostock and the surrounding area. In 10-15 minutes' walk you are in the city center and can inquire about all the sights at the tourist information office. The city harbor with its diverse gastronomic facilities is also within walking distance. At the main train station, which is only about a 5-minute walk away and has train connections to the Warnemünde, which is worth seeing, there is a bicycle rental (parking on the premises).

Ich habe das Gutshaus in Kobrow im Jahr 2011 unter dem Aspekt erworben, ein kleines Stück Kulturgut unseres Landes zu beleben und dadurch auch zu erhalten. This apartment in the city center of Rostock is located exactly between the city center and the main train station and both can be comfortably reached on foot in max 10 minutes. The apartment is located in a residential building and is therefore not a "party apartment". Even if the guest bed (mattress) offers 1 additional sleeping option, I would like to limit the number of guests to 2 guests. Late check-in from 11 pm is possible after prior arrangement via a key locker.

Our rustic cozy room is located in a separate area of our house, quietly located on the green outskirts of Rostock – ideal for vacationers, couples or business travelers looking for relaxation and comfort. The room is fully equipped with private bathroom, small kitchen, Wi-Fi and TV. A special highlight is the private sauna, which offers you soothing relaxation after a long day. Dogs allowed, but with extra charge, sauna use as well (10€)

Studio with bicycles and SUP in the former Konsum

Our beautiful apartment is a separate small apartment in our house. You have your own apartment entrance here and are therefore completely independent. When furnishing, we proceeded individually and with high quality and used little off the shelf. Free Wi-Fi, SmartTV and modern fitted kitchen are available if you don't want to go to the nearby city, the city harbor or the beach. The apartment has great transport links and is still very quietly situated.

Located in the city center of Rostock, near the University of Rostock Philosophical Faculty, Medical Chamber of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and the evening gymnasium Rostock. Only 450 m (about 7 min. by foot) from Rostock Central Station. Within walking distance are an Edeka (250 m), the Cafe Paula (80 m) where you can also have breakfast. There is a bike room in the house.

Accommodation not for purely tourist purposes because of the resulting obligation to pay a spa tax for the Hanseatic city of Rostock
