Für einen erholsamen Urlaub stehen ihnen ein Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und ein vollausgestattete Küche, ein Wintergarten mit Esstisch, ein Schlafzimmer mit einem großen Bett (1,60m *2,00m) und Fernseher, ein Zimmer angrenzend mit einem Einzelbett und Schreibtisch, Badezimmer mit Wellnessdusche, eine Sonnenterrasse mit großem Garten und ein Piratenschiff für die Kleinen zur Verfügung. Zum Strand sind es nur 100m.

Rosenow is beautifully secluded but centrally located to reach the cities of Wismar and Schwerin as well as Rostock.

Modern semi-detached house near the city of Rostock

The semi-detached house is located in an idyllic village (Kessin) 2 km from the city center of Rostock. In the center of town you will find a modern bakery where you can have breakfast or get a piece of cake for coffee in the afternoon. A shopping facility is accessible in 2 minutes by car (Lidl). The beach is 20 minutes by car. (A20 and A19 are directly connected). Kessin is right on the Warnow. A boat and canoe rental can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Our detached vacation home was built as a vacation home for max. 4 guests (e.g. family with 2 children) built and furnished with love and care. Our goal is for you to feel comfortable with us and have a nice time with us. Please note that the tourist tax of the Baltic Sea resort Dierhagen is not included in the overnight price. You can pay the tourist tax directly upon arrival. You will receive the visitor cards from us.

Vacation in the countryside

If you want to spend your vacation in the countryside, you've come to the right place. On 4000 square meters you will find peace and relaxation and numerous seating options. For the little ones, a trampoline, a table tennis table, a digging box and a play tower are available. Our pets (ducks, rabbits, guinea pigs, cats and a dog) are waiting for loving caresses. Our small guest house can accommodate four sleeping units.

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer schönen und ruhigen Wohnsiedlung auf einem 1000 qm großen abgeschlossenen Grundstück separat im Garten. Die Lage ist ein guter Mix für Erholung und Ruhe und doch nicht weit ab vom Warener Stadtleben, oder als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. An warmen Tagen können Sie auf der großen überdachten Terrasse direkt am Ferienhaus frühstücken oder am Abend grillen.
