House holiday rentals in Rogoznica

We loved everything about our stay in this beautiful property. It is built and furnished so thoughtful and aesthetic and we all felt that this space radiated such a calm energy. It is perfect to switch off and fully enjoy time offgrid whilst being provided with everything you might possibly need and feel very much at home. The garden, patio and pool are super big and are amazing to spend a looot of time. And last but not least: Vladimir and his parents were incredibly kind hosts and took very sweet care of us which made the stay extra special. Thanks a lot!

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

We had the most wonderful holiday at this villa. Mario and Daria were incredibly helpful and responsive to messages, and Daria’s mother and father who live close by went above and beyond to be hospitable too. It’s not often that you visit a place that you know whole heartedly you will return to one day- and this place was exactly that! Our daughter loved examining all the local insects and she absolutely adored the trampoline- a great bonus. I don’t think any review can do justice to how beautiful this home is. I’m so sad we weren’t able to stay longer!

We had the most wonderful time staying at Patria Suite. The accommodation was perfect - luxurious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. The private terrace and roof top pool are really special. However, even better than this were the hosts. We wish we could give more than 5* for this! All so warm, friendly and welcoming (but never intruding on our privacy - you would never know that they live on the lower floors, other than they are there to help when ever you need anything). They provided everything we needed for our 7 month old baby (even buying a new mattress for the cot, baby bath and toys especially for him!). The fresh fruit and vegetables from Damira’s garden are spectacular. It was such a special place to stay. The care and attention to detail from the family made this THE best Air BnB we have ever stayed in.

Super nice and green property. Unfortunately, a lot of construction rubbish outside and the neighbors' dogs bark very often and also early at 5 o'clock. The place was great. Good communication, very well equipped and Ana was very helpful. In May, the weather is still very cold in the evening, so we missed real blankets, but with the heating you could heat up the room. Despite the wind, the UV radiation is already very strong. Short distance to the airport about 20 minutes and shopping about 15 minutes away. The pool is heated which was ideal in our weather. The garbage collection comes every 3-4 days. At the beginning there was also bread, cold cuts, water, cola and milk in the fridge. We were very happy about that after the flight. We will be happy to come back.

Had a wonderful stay! The place is just like the photos, with amazing views out to sea and across to Split. A fantastic outdoor space with the heated pool and outdoor kitchen where we prepared and cooked all our meals. The bedrooms were comfortable, with good temperature control, blackout shutters, and well sound insulated from any noises outside. Recommend the short hike up the hill behind the house for even more amazing views in all directions. Nina and Petar were great hosts, proactively making contact ahead of arrival and departure, meeting on our schedule, providing great recommendations for things to see and do, and being easily reachable if needed.

From the moment my wife and I arrived at the Bumbeta House, we felt very welcomed and right at home. Jelena's husband gave us a great tour of the house and lots of local recommendations. We had such a nice, relaxing, and peaceful time swimming and sun bathing. The pool and outdoor area were definitely a highlight for us! The Bumbeta House was a magical experience for our first time in Croatia. I highly recommend and Jelena and her family truly are super hosts!

we enjoyed our stay. The house is clean, large, equipped with all the comforts. Antonio was a nice host and very helpful. During our stay, June 2025, unfortunately, there was construction at 2 houses next to us, so we experienced some inconvenience. This will probably be completed quickly.

We felt completely comfortable! We were particularly impressed by the cozy outdoor area, the outdoor kitchen and the lovingly designed children's area. We were so warmly welcomed, enjoyed the delicious food from Ana's parents and were even allowed to taste the first vegetables from our own garden. Simply a beautiful place to relax and a good starting point for excursions in the area! We will definitely be back!

SHE House was as advertised. We quickly called her home feeling acclimated & comfortable. Our GPS sent us some terrible way initially but the locals were very friendly offering us assistance. Our host was patient & accommodating showing us how many ways to reach the house ("all roads lead to SHE House"). We really enjoyed how centrally located the home was to all things on Brac Island. We realized our visit was a bit early for the weather & the season when our original ferry from Makarska was cancelled due to bad weather but no worries we just had to go to Split. The wind was so strong it actually blew open the latched front door one afternoon. The soft throws in the basket were nice & cozy-really appreciated. Some of our favorite meals were at Pumparela Restaurant & Taverna Riva in Bol; Konoba Kopacina & Restaurant Ziza in Donji Humac; Gastro Diva in Makarska. Driving in Croatia is NOT for the faint of heart but if you happen to be on the D8 stop for coffee at Strada.

We had a lovely stay. The house is everything you need and the terrace is stunning. having breakfast under the beautiful tree was a dream. We were welcomed by Zinka and it was no problem that we arrived quite late. there was even some home made chocolate cake for us! Goran is very kind and answered very quickly. he also gave us some good information for things to see and we could even borrow his kayak and use things like the washing machine. Big plus: the sea just 50 meters away from the house makes for a great morning dip!

Marko and Odessa were perfect hosts! Their home is beautiful and just steps away from the sea! My husband and I enjoyed our time there very much and found it very restful. Marko was a fantastic communicator from the get go and had lots of local recommendations.

This is the second time we have visited this property and as before it did not disappoint, the location is amazing and the house has such charm and we made the most out of the grill/BBQ outside in the patio, Ivona is so quick to respond and is super helpful, thanks for helping make some more amazing memories and we will be back x

Wow what a wonderful retreat. So well equipped and so very peaceful. A true getaway amongst nature, in the olive groves. Toni is exceptional, top notch communication and responsiveness. Such a generous host- you feel like you’ve known him for years.

We had a great time at Ivan's place. Ivan kindly made our arrival easy. The house is very well maintained both indoors and out. We were able to enjoy the wonderful view, brightness and calm of the end of October. If we return to Croatia we will definitely go back.

The house of Bruna in Vinisce impresses with its charm of the location, the view, the grandiose furnishings, which is incredibly stylish and individual. A place to slow down and switch off all daily topics. With a little luck, Adriadelphine can be seen swimming through the bay. We thank Bruna for all the amenities we were allowed to experience.

Antonio’s place was an airy, spacious, contemporary villa, with pool, just as described. Well-equipped throughout with a purpose built barbecue. Jadrija itself is a charming quiet holiday village, where Croatians go - there were mostly locals when we went. Jadrija has one great restaurant and three small but perfect beachfront cafes for coffee, sunset drinks and doughnuts. Everyone was super friendly. The sea is crystal clear and though the coast is rocky, there are many easy swimming and sunbathing spots - beach shoes are a must though for the pebbles. The nearest supermarket is 5 mins drive away in Vodice, though there are also supermarkets close by in Šibenik. Šibenik is a beautiful historic town, and Vodice is a pleasant resort town with many restaurants and great seafood options. Krka national park is a must. All places are within 10-40 mins drive from Antonio’s place. A fantastic holiday base, highly recommended.

The house is absolutely stunning and in such a wondeful spot in the bay. We stayed with four friends and had a lovely time. Crystal clear water just a few steps down from the house, large terrace with great views and an ourdoor kitchen. The house is clean and has everything you need. You will need a car to get around but there are shops in close driving distance and a few nice restaurants in walking distance. Tea was really quick to respond and very friendly. We would definitely come back! Thank you, Tea :-)

We had a brilliant stay here - the house and garden are perfect and Marina is a 10/10 host.

We had a very nice time in Petra's apartment. Super clean, tidy and cozy. The private terrace with the BBQ is also perfect. You have a nice view of the surrounding area. A 4-minute walk away is a small supermarket with plenty of choices. However, it would be useful if there was a name sign on the house. Then you could find it easier. We received a delicious bottle of homemade we and fresh grapes from the garden upon reception. In short: enjoy!

What a fabulous place. Thank you Kresmir. We had a fabulous time at this beautiful and very comfortable apartment just steps away from the sea. We didn't want to leave. The kitchen was brand new and had everything we needed and more. The beds were super comfortable with nice bedding and great black out shutters for a great sleep. Kresimir was so kind and even took my husband fishing and gave him lots of tips. We cooked his catch on the fabulous bbq. it was idyllic. I would highly recommend.

Me and my friends had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place! The location is very central, but still private and with a quiet atmosphere. Perfect for a relaxing retreat! The house is modern, well equipped and lovingly furnished. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful! I was particularly impressed by the outdoor area, which invited us to sit together in the evening. The short distance to the many great restaurants in Rogoznica is also wonderful! The beach is also only a 10-minute walk away. Absolutely recommended!

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

High feel-good factor, from the first minute you can quickly get down from the stress of everyday life. The pool is great and bigger than expected. The house is on a mountain, there are few neighbors nearby, yet you have your privacy and it's incredibly quiet! The sleeping areas can only be reached via an external staircase, are newly furnished, each room has its own modern bathroom. The place itself is small, but it has everything you need. The beaches are within walking distance. The mountain is easy to cope with (even with a stroller), if you don't do anything anyway and hardly move, it was a good change ;) The bay is beautiful and the beaches very quiet (end of August), just right if you want to enjoy the nature and tranquility. There are restaurants and the supermarket, a fruit stand, bakery. The ice cream shop directly on the beach recommended. Clear recommendation from us!!! Great communication with the owner, keep it up!
