House holiday rentals in Rohrbach District

It was a very enjoyable stay! Extremely chill that there is also a swimming pool. Otherwise, we would not have known any advice with the heat. It was really very hot days though. The children also loved cooling off. So far played in the garden. The space is top! Until arrival, the host was easy to reach. Not very good since arrival. Fortunately, there is a contact person who you can reach out to if you have questions. It was really a bit of a search /track of what you can do in the neighborhood/area within an hour drive. The only thing that was terrible is the wasps. They are rather aggressive, especially by the pool. Our kids have been stabbed. It was a real nuisance. But apart from that, the rest is top! Would really like to come back.

Very steep stairs to the bedrooms as the only "drawback", but it didn't matter to us. Uncomplicated and cooperative approach. Enjoyed it very much. Plenty of space for our wet tournament clothes and a cool pool after hot days. The rooster crows in front of the house, but if you don't want that, you might be better off on a city vacation. Would come back anytime.

Beautiful, cozily furnished farmhouse. Quiet location with great views. Amenities as specified, there was nothing missing. Gerlinde was very friendly and accommodating. We even got firewood for the cold days. Glad to come back, possibly in summer with the pool.

We have stayed at many Airbnbs over the years but this has been one of the most special. An attractive, clean and tidy family home, with wonderful grassy garden space comprising a large veranda, outdoor seating, large trampoline, and an exceptional swimming pool. All set in a peaceful rural environment, with woods and endless walking, running or cycling on the doorstep. The house is perfect for families or those seeking tranquility, with or without a mix of physical activity. Other highlights include Moorea the friendly cat, the garden fire pit, fruit and vegetables from the garden, the incredible night sky, and the spooky, autonomous lawn robot that comes out at night ;) Bad Leonfelden centre or nearby supermarkets are a convenient 10 min walk. We were welcomed by Thomas's attentive and friendly dad who also took care of the pool. Thomas himself responded instantly to any enquiries we had. It has been a memorable stay in your beautiful family home, Thomas. Thank you!

The host is very welcoming and very nice!

We loved staying at Helmut’s apartment. The space is large, it was quiet, a great environment for walking, yet close by (with a car) to Ottensheim for large supermarkets and a delightful town. Helmut and Daniela were genuinely nice people, who welcomed us from the moment we arrived. My husband and I look forward to returning to Gramastetten, and we recommend Helmut’s apartment to anyone staying in the area.

The accommodation is great for children with the garden and toys. The bedrooms are spacious and can be darkened very well. The bathroom is huge and modern. Some things need to be renewed in the facility or in the play equipment, such as the slide. Linz and Lake Pleschinger can be reached quickly by car. We felt comfortable and Alina is a lovely host!

Marion was very helpful with me receiving a DHL express delivery sent from our home town of Coldstream, British Columbia, Canada. 🇨🇦 She contacted me when the parcel arrived and even sent me pictures of an important document that was inside my parcel. This was super helpful. Thank you. 🤗

A few wonderful days have passed, many thanks to our hosts Sonja and Thomas! An idyllic place to rest, hike, splash, and enjoy time! We were lovingly cared for in a beautiful historic baker's house, which was decorated with a lot of love and heart and it lacked nothing! Extremely dog-friendly and plenty of space for fun and play. The kitchenette is great for preparing small dishes and salads. Thank you so much for having us! The country and its people welcome you and you can do exactly what you want. We felt very comfortable in the small cottage. The place is very tasteful and cozy. The terrace with its view is ideal for sitting outside. The host is always making every effort to ensure that guests lack nothing. We had a very nice time with Gerlinde and Rainer and will definitely be back!
